Well maintained lake surrounds but a lack of natural fly/nymph activity resulted on fish not focusing on anything in particular. Had a few takes on lures but nothing consistent.

A great fishery
A great fishery. Staff are always friendly and it's never too crowded. I fished Vale Lake today and caught to very nice Rainbow trout. A great place for beginners and those who are more advanced. Will continue to visit when I can.

Surrey’s best fishery
Introduced to Albury a couple of years back and haven’t fished anywhere since. Beautiful surroundings at both lakes and at Vale End the opportunity in the summer to fish the river beats as well. Bailiffs are always really helpful and above all else the fish are are fantastic. Really good condition and decent sizes. Great place. Highly recommended
