Great bike and components!!! The bike really sets up nicely and great on the trail. I am slightly disappointed with all of the paint chips. It seems that the paint is extremely fragile. I have the majority of the bike wrapped, but the parts I don't easily get paint chips. I inquired about touch up paint and was instructed to go to an auto body paint shop. They won't mix the color unless you order a certain amount which would be enough to paint a vehicle, so it's very expensive.

After riding my Arktos now for a few months I can say with confidence that the bike is even better than expected.

Communication throughout my transaction was top notch, just like my new bike. The build quality was wonderful, but where we had problems, was the shipping. The Alchemy website touted a very professional and more or less top rate service. In reality, FedEx sent my bike to the wrong location and the box was not in promising condition. Even though it looked rough, my bike arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would not hesitate to recommend Alchemy Bikes to anyone looking for a better than average bike.

I picked up my Arktos 120 at the factory in Golden. Very good experience as Craig went through all the suspension set-up parameters with me and explained a lot of little details.

Took way too long to build, then had to be sent back twice for drilling of ports. The upside today 4/25/23 was my first ride with my new and it fits me perfect. I cannot wait for the assault on Mt Michell May 22, at the age 72!!!

Super easy to work with everyone at Alchemy. They helped answer any questions I had and the 30 day return period made it easy to test the bike before I felt locked into buying it. One note, once you test this bike you'll never want to give it back. The Arktos absolutely rips up and down mountains. It's playful and fun while still holding a great line when you need it to. I would absolutely recommend this bike to anyone who loves bikes and wants a great deal without compromise.

I really appreciate that the bike could be delivered and assembled at a local bike shop - I'm on a long-term temporary job assignment and have no tools of my own. Neat business concept!

Robert did an excellent job of assisting me with the cracked frame replacement on my alchemy arktos. Within 2 hours of my phone call he had a shipping label made for me to ship my bike out to their facility in Colorado where they will swap the frame for me. Could not have made it easier. Excited to get my bike back and riding again!

This was actually just a small but very nice boutique accessory to go with my 3 custom Alchemy bikes - the very nice Allen wrench set. What is more relevant is that I have 3 Alchemy bikes. One road, one Mountain and one Gravel. And they are all amazing. They deserve a bespoke wooden boxed Allen wrench set. That’s the justification I used to myself :-). The guys: as always, great service. The product: as always, better than the other guys. That’s what you can rely on with Alchemy.

I bought the Arktos 135 (now 140) with the optional mullet setup. The bike arrived very well packaged and required about 30 minutes to put together. At first I was disappointed in the numb steering, but the guys at Arktos helped me troubleshoot. The flip chip was in the wrong position for mullet, and in the end they advised me to switch to a 29"rear wheel. Flip chip on high and no mullet is what I would recommend if you like responsive steering and not just focused on rowdy downhills. It really seems to be able to handle anything you can throw at it, plus it is a great bike for technical climbs too. Very quiet and controlled ride. The parts selection is perfection, especially considering the cost compared to other upscale brands. I only upgraded the saddle (the one that comes with it is a throw away).

Great product + friendly and knowledgeable staff = best experience for those looking to obtain a top tier product at a price much more reasonable than paying for a big-name product without sacrificing on components or quality.

My Alchemy Arktos 150 has been a solid performer and climbs much better than other same-travel bikes I've ridden. Aside from being bitten by the Fox Transfer Seat post pandemic blunder with inferior seals which FOX promptly corrected under warranty (no fault of Alchemy's), I have been super happy my new ride. You can't go wrong with a Denver designed, highly performing piece of machinery. Give them a try, the demo center has some great trails to put the bikes through its paces. Another satisfied customer.

The team at Alchemy knocked it outta the park. Ordered up my dream bike and it arrived perfectly! Craig was awesome to work with.
And the bike itself…. Dreamy! Couldn’t ask for a better setup with the Alchemy Arktos. Went riding in southern Utah for the maiden voyage and LOVED IT! Can’t wait til it stops snowing in Idaho so I can get out on the trails :)

Sweet end of the year discounts made my purchase possible. They were quick to respond to emails. The bike and components are sick. Nothing but good things to say 3 months into owning an Arktos.

Ordering was easy and my bike shipped very quickly. There was minimal assembly required when it arrived and the bike was ready to ride within half an hour. Unfortunately, I ordered the bike in the winter so I haven't had a chance to put it through its paces yet.
