Missing information
The products were just what I ordered, and there was even a small gift included. However, I never received any tracking updates or a pickup code from Postnord. Postnord claimed the sender didn't provide enough information, but Alcocentrum said everything was fine on their end. ??? I was able to collect the parcel at the very last minute once I started chasing up its status myself.

We're very sorry that collecting your parcel turned out to be more difficult than it should have been.
We would like to clarify that the tracking information and pickup notifications are not sent by Alcocentrum. You ordered the transport through Erliner, and all the contact details you provided during the transport booking were automatically forwarded to the delivery company, Postnord.
Alcocentrum is not involved in the transportation process itself. The transport service is provided by a separate company chosen by the customer. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, all tracking information, pickup notifications, and delivery arrangements are handled entirely by the transport company.
According to Erliner, all the required information was successfully transmitted to Postnord, so it appears that the issue occurred after the shipment had been handed over to the carrier.
We're glad you were able to collect your parcel before it was returned, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Pahoittelemme, että lonkerolaatikoiden pahvipakkausten päädyt olivat auki. Hartwallin lonkerot tulevat meille suoraan viralliselta maahantuojalta alkuperäisissä tehdaspakkauksissa. Joskus pahvilaatikoiden päätyjen liimaukset eivät valitettavasti onnistu tehtaalla täysin, jolloin ne voivat olla jo valmiiksi hieman auki.
Jos kuitenkin huomaamme varastollamme, että pahvilaatikon päädyt ovat selvästi auenneet, emme lähetä sellaista asiakkaalle, vaan vaihdamme sen toiseen. Tässä tapauksessa kyseessä on ollut laatikko, jonka liimaus ei valitettavasti ollut täysin kunnossa, mutta sitä ei pakkausvaiheessa havaittu.
Onneksi itse tuotteissa ei kuitenkaan ollut mitään vikaa, ja toivomme, että ne vastasivat muuten odotuksiasi.

Incomplete Order – Missing Items
I am disappointed with my experience. A significant part of my order was missing when it arrived. I contacted customer service, and I was told that the missing items would be sent in a separate shipment. While I appreciate that the issue was acknowledged, the order should have been complete in the first place.
I hope the missing items will be delivered promptly and that more attention will be paid to order accuracy in the future.
Three stars if the missing items arrive; otherwise, just one.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize that an important part of your order was missing. We completely understand your disappointment, and this is not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
Unfortunately, during an exceptionally busy period, a picking error occurred in our warehouse, and one of our packers accidentally missed part of your order. While we process thousands of orders, cases like this are fortunately very rare. Nevertheless, even one mistake is one too many, and we take full responsibility for it.
As soon as you contacted us, we immediately agreed to send the missing items to you. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, and we're pleased to confirm that the replacement shipment was collected from our warehouse by the carrier on 9 July.
