Friendly, Helpful, and Top-Notch Hosting
I have been extremely impressed with the quality of both the hosting and the support with Aleforge. Uptime has been 100%, and the server has been fast and responsive. The control panel is clean and intuitive.
When I have needed support, support tickets were responded to very quickly, and the team stayed proactively engaged until the problems were solved.

Excellent Customer Service and Assistance
Bought a Terraria server for a friend and myself. Had issues transferring the world, connecting to the server, and moving mods. Caleb was able to help me out and assist me in setting up the world and verified everything was good when I was connected. Customer service was excellent, and product is performing well.

Emailing them requires logging in so canceling my account was very difficult, especially with a buggy password reset page that absolutely has a bug that really stressed me out. I made two earnest attempts at contacting you guys before leaving this review. I’ve removed most of my rant cause they seem reasonable.

Pumping up to 3 stars though because they were very quick to respond and resolve this.
Still kinda frustrated you fixed a bug I mentioned without acknowledging it until I called it out, the Contact link absolutely required login until you fixed it because of my review. How can you tell me login isn’t required when without the url params it absolutely was? It’s not “consistency” it’s a bug, thank you Lucas for your bug report we fixed the bug you found

Let me answer all your questions in order:
1. Our desktop website Support drop-down has three options for support you can access at any time, whether a customer or not. Those options are Live Chat, Discord Support, and Tickets. None of these options requires you to log in. I would attach images here but I can't. The link in the footer is exactly the same as the link in the support drop-down down: https://billing.aleforge.net/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1
2. Password reset. Our password reset is industry standard. You click "Forgot password," enter your email address, click the link in the email you receive, and then set a new password for your account. once the new password is set you are taken to a screen that states "Password Reset Successful" and a password reset email is sent. I use my test account and verified this entire process is functioning as expected.
3. We do have hours for Live Chat, but customers can leave a message at any time, and it will be responded to as soon as possible.
4. We do not accept tickets initiated by email due to spam issues. You email an automatic mailbox. All tickets must be opened on our website, and we offer many channels that do not require you to log in.
If you are still having issues logging in, I recommend reaching out to our staff on Discord so we can assist you if the password reset is not working for you.
If you would like to discuss your issues further, please reach out to us via Live Chat or Discord. This is not an appropriate place for technical problems, and we offer many ways to contact our team.
Edit: We have canceled your service for you since, after 24 hours, you are still having issues logging in and have not contacted our support via Live Chat, Discord, or Ticket, so you will not be charged again. You will have until the end of the billing period to access your data before it is permanently deleted.
Edit 2: We have proof from our transactional email system that you received the password reset emails and clicked the password reset link on 11/15 at 13:05:23 UTC. The password reset was started but never completed, per the system logs. You never even bothered to contact our support for any of this, even after providing you with direct links to contact our support, and the team was instructed to expect you to reach out.
The contact us link we updated now includes parameters, and it still takes you to the exact location. The original link was https://billing.aleforge.net/submitticket.php and was updated to include a default support department https://billing.aleforge.net/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1. We were not gaslighting anyone; we were just updating the link to be consistent, as you pointed out.
I am sorry you feel this way, and leaving this review up is your choice, but we can respond and point out that all of this was due to user error ignoring both the support drop down In the site header on both the homepage and billing sites with multiple contact paths (Live chat, Ticket, Discord), and the live chat icon always on the right hand side of all our sites where a message can be left 24/7.

These guys are absolutely amazing, Every time with out a doubt I know if I make a ticket I'm getting a response asap and they will always have a solution. Had an issue me and my friends were trying to fix for 2 week, finally made a ticket and they had it fixed within 24hrs! 1000/10 recommend!

Fast server and lowest price
The game server is great low latency and lowest price. but missing something the SFTP. manage all file via panel good but sometimes it too slow if you add SFTP it will be the best site ever.

Best Palworld Server in SEA
I used 3 other server for palworld and this one is truly the best and shockingly the cheapest.
First time I started my server up. I got my server setting wrong but then they helped me via their 24/7 discord support. I asked for help A LOT i hope they don't get enough of me lol.

Amazing staff
Aleforge was recommended to me from a friend. After speaking to the staff for only a moment, I received an instantaneous response. The staff here at Aleforge is amazingly quick, patient, and extremely helpful.
I'm not the best when it comes to running a server, and they were extremely patient and insightful with the whole process.

Caleb is the MVP!
I might be saying it's too early to judge, but damn! Caleb the one who became my chat support is so responsive! each and every question I had in mind he replies instantly, helped me a lot, whether be sales, tech, codes, or FAQ. Hands me a lot of guide or links to make it an easier job for me. then told me it would take like 20 minutes, but then after purchasing, just 3 minutes then it's up and running. and my ping is crazy low compared to other services i've tried. and everything went so smooth! Looking forward to upgrade our server after a few days of trying out their service. Caleb my man! You deserve to be one hell of an employee of the century!
