Took 2 months to get the ring

Took 2 months to get the ring, after saying in stocks will ship immediately. I had to send two emails to even get them to ship it. Promptly lost a stone after less than 10 times wearing it.

Amazing all around!

Just ordered a few pieces from the website and I'm obsessed with them! The customer service experience was smooth and they were a great help during the delivery process. Absolutely gorgeous jewelry, I LOVED my Alaia Necklace and need to get the matching bracelet! Will definitely be shopping with Alexa Kelley from now on!

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and product quality.

Paid for extra quick (overnight) shipping time for an event I had coming up. Pieces that I ordered showed up a week after the expected delivery date, customer service said that there was a”high volume” of orders and it was acceptable timeframe. Offered me $10 off my next order.

There was no apology what so ever about the terrible quality of the items as well as the lack of concern about my experience.

Just overall a company with very glamorous advertising and a product that is not where near what’s advertised.

Extremely disappointed that I overpaid so much for Walmart quality jewelry.

Great quality

I have purchased multiple pieces from Alexa Kelley Jewelry and not only is the jewelry beautiful, but it is good quality. There were no issues from ordering through delivery. I received my jewelry in a timely manner and it has held up remarkably!

Bad quality and horrific service!!

I saw this ring on instagram and told my fiance how much I loved it. He bought it for me as a surprise. Within a couple weeks stones started falling out. After the 4th stone fell out we contacted customer service for help. We had to follow up multiple times before we even got a response. After we did, they said since it was past 60 days there was nothing they could do. I got the ring about 70 days ago. I commented on their instagram page to get some help and warn other shoppers. They DELETED my comments and still did not respond or contact me directly. RUN RUN RUN. Do not spend your money here.

Horrible Customer service

Ive owned a necklace that Ive worn maybe 4 times since owning it and the stones have fallen out. I asked they repair, and even offered to pay for it and they said no. It also took them over two months and about 10 emails for me to finally get a response that they would not repair it and referred me to their 30 day repair policy. So....you couldn't have told me that the first time I emailed. Now I found these reviews and no longer feel alone in my frustration. STAY AWAY

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered a necklace from them spent extra for fast shipping which still didn’t come in time finally got the necklace wore it only ONE TIME now it is completely loosing color looks like something I spent $5.00 on Vs a hundred and something I’ve only had it 6 days from the day it was delivered and it’s faded seriously? Looks extremely fake and faded.. Never ever again! And BTW their customer service is trash!

This place is a total scam

This place is a total scam. I placed an order 10 days ago, still no shipping information. I emailed support about cancelling, to which I received no response. I get a DM on instagram from the Alexa Kelley account saying there there is a 2-4 business day processing time (I am past that point). Then they send an FAQ guide saying there are no returns/refunds, just store credit.

Huge disappointment and waste of time. I suggest giving your support to an etsy shop over this.

18K Gold filled? What a joke!

Purchased the Jules curb chain necklace for a Christmas gift and the gold is already fading. How embarrassing! The description said they necklace was 18K gold filled?! I feel totally scammed out of my money. I could've purchased a gold necklace from Claire's and gotten better quality. Wish I would've seen these other reviews before making my purchase.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! Save your money. I purchased 2, not 1 but two necklaces. Because I loved the way they looked. First day I wore it, the stone fell on BOTH necklaces. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I haven’t worn the jewelry no more that 2 days and the stones are falling?!?! Super bad quality and their customer service is the WORST!!!!! Should they continue with this cheap expensive material and horrible customer service, their sales are going to go down!!! I had planned to order more jewelry from them. After this experience, never will I spend my money on them!!!!

Pretty, but not worth the price

Is the jewelry I bought pretty? Yes, but not worth the price point I paid for it. A stone fell out of one of the rings within two times of wearing it. Save your money. Also, their return policy is crap.
