I’m impressed by Alex James flowers for 2 reasons. The individual stems I have bought have transformed my flower arrangements in the house. A mixture of his flowers plus a few stems of supermarket flowers make a beautiful vase. A big vase of his greenery and huge blooms looks fantastic sitting in my fireplace, like an old Dutch still life painting.
Secondly, not only do they arrive beautifully packed in coloured tissue paper, but his customer service is a joy. Requests to return a few were quickly dealt with and he answered all my email queries the same day and with such good will. I feel I got an extremely personal service and this trust made me want to buy more from his collection. There is so much to choose from.
I’m also enjoying posting photos of the arrangements on Instagram. I can highly recommend these artificial flowers - they will transform your opinion of everlasting flowers.
Alex james flowers are without doubt as beautiful in real life as they are in the pictures. I fell in love with them when I first saw them and I certainly was not disappointed. More importantly, Alex went above and beyond to make sure that we received the flowers that day as we needed them urgently for a shoot. Fantastic flowers, faultless service, I really can't recommend him highly enough
