Rather than asking clarifying questions, the team made premature judgments and ultimately refused to assist, despite marketing themselves as a solution for foreign nationals relocating to Portugal. A company that claims to support international relocation should operate with empathy, professionalism, and open-mindedness. This was not my experience.
