Awesome company! Can't recommend them enough.
Great to have cashback on purchases. Also a fantastic customer service who's advice got me a refund from a crook company who had taken money from my account and had refused to return it (see my one star review of them).

Can’t really fault this bank at all, 1% cashback on all spending, 1.5% on Apple Pay. No charge when using the card abroad, (in shops or ATM). Ask a question in the app and someone responds quickly. Think they could probably improve the logo / branding but apart from that the app & banking is fast & responsive. 👍

This bank is great! I love that you get cash back on your everyday purchases. It’s great to finally find somewhere that is ethical and sustainable with its choices, you have the option to donate straight to charities and projects and you can also offset your CO2🤩 the customer service team are always super helpful and ready to help with any problems! Very much recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shocking bank
Emailed today in regards to account being closed, sent proof of PayPal payments they were questioning but still closed. Now being advised my money can take 28 days to be released into another bank!! Summer holidays with two young children and no access to money! How is this allowed?

Strong new-comer into the market; their app is easy to navigate with a user-friendly layout, customer service is easily accessible through live chat or email (where I got a response within 1 hour still!)
The cashback rewards are enticing at 1 and 1.5% of all debit card spending.
