We booked our first everumrah trip and was so exited, we paid them the full amount straight away, although the hound you after making a query, they don’t want to give you a second to decide.

Also, they ask you to write a review after query, before you even experienced your trip, so fake reviews.

Fast forward to our arrival, no hotel was booked in our name. The documents they gave with a “booking reference” for hotel was literally fake and made up.

We couldn’t get hold of them for hours, even on the “emergency line” number they gave.

After hours of wait, when we finally got hold of them, they would reply and make us wait ages and blank us without explanation. You can see on WhatsApp its read by them because of both blue ticks but they are choosing not to respond.

We literally had not hotel on arrival for a full day, they wasn’t even able to resolve it until the second day. Imagine the stress and difficulty with children and wearing Ihraam.

Avoid this horrible company, who only want your money and do not respect or care about their customers or the guest’s of Allah.

AVOID and save yourself the disaster brothers and sisters.

I booked an Umrah package for my family on 1st of November 2025. I had a shortage of time but Alhamdu’Lillah they arranged for us umrah visa, tickets, hotel reservations and transportation with in 10 days and we performed umrah on 10th of November. They provided us with 4 and 5 star multiple hotel options and we selected Alkiswah Towers Hotel in Makkah and Grand Zowar Hotel in Madina. Their customer support is really great especially Mr.Kawish who was in contact with us 24/7. I recommend their services as I’m fully satisfied with them.

Al Haram Travel and Tours are very professional people in their dealings. Go ahead with them without any second thought.

I recently traveled to Umrah with family and it was an incredible experience.
