Great pieces, most of which are very unique and don't tarnish like most others. I've ordered from Al Huda three times and will likely order again in the future.

I ordered 2 dresses. 1 was ok, the other faulty. They don't respond to customer queries and request for contact. I've repeatedly contacted them, using the customer portal on the website and by email. I have been sent a badly sewn dress and they are ignoring me. I want a refund. Instead they have bombarded me with marketing and feedback requests. Customer service and engagement is appalling, no telephone number available and I will look into further action for redress. This is not ethical or Islamic trading. It also breaches British retail regulations for distance selling. Don't buy from them unless you're prepared to lose out if you don't get a satisfactory product.
Its a shame because the quality of material and design was good just poorly executed on 1 dress.

I loved the necklaces. They are good quality however one came the wrong spelling and I would love a refund for it.

Cheats, absolute rip-offs. Will not be buying from them again. Customer service is vague and not looking to resolve issue.
I ordered 2 name necklaces one custom made where the price is slightly higher and another ready made. I received both within a few days and one has a spelling mistake. They are telling me that they have sent both the necklaces. What they are failing to understand is that I paid extra for the custom made one but they sent a ready made one with the wrong name on it. What am I going to do with the ready made one, it’s useless to me. They are refusing to listen and sending me one worded replies.

Disgraceful customer service.

Ordered a necklace in October 2025 which tarnished had email correspondence and sent photo of the product in January and was told a replacement would be sent.
I have since emailed a further 3 times as the replacement was never sent these emails have gone completely unanswered and I still have no replacement necklace.

I ordered custom gold necklaces as gifts for my daughter and niece. Suffice to say, I was delighted by the products, as were they! The sculpture of the names is delicate, finely polished, and its glow shows quality and excellent manufacturing skill. The chain is also of high quality and comfortable to wear. Such good necklaces at this price feels like a steal!

Do not buy from this company! They sell Islamic jewellery but their approach in customer service is no way near Islamic. I purchased several items most of which were faulty and one missing! So not created to last at all! Items all pictured and sent to CS but their response was if opened then unable to return.. No reimbursement for missing item or even a replacement. Appalling service! Cheap jewellery. I would highly discourage purchasing from this website!

The fabric was lush and length of sleeves was perfect and it was not see through.
Perfect for modest summer wear for me.

Only negative is that the button holes need to be a little smaller so the buttons don’t come off too easily.
