Order not received
I got an email from you asking for me to review my order. My problem is that I haven't yet received my order from you. I have emailed you twice to have you check to see if there is some sort of problem but have not received a reply from either of my emails. I am very disappointed because I was so excited about the EPP BOM.

Thank you for getting in touch. We will be happy to help you however we have not received any emails from you I'm afraid. Please can you supply more information regarding your order including your order number and then contact us with those details via the email on our website.
Having checked our system, we can see one order in your name for the new Flower Garden QBOM subscription which begins in 2025. As yet no money has been taken as the subscription doesn't start until next year. As this is also a quarterly subscription the first payment and shipment of goods is not until March 2025.
Customer services will be open until close of business today, Monday 23rd December and then reopens on Thursday 2nd January.

I have received the quilt set however I…
I have received the quilt set however I am saving it, but the fabric looks amazing. I also did the first sew along and thoroughly enjoyed it and made quite a few of the items, the ladies were amazing. Always packed beautifully and make me feel valued.

Not Like Photo …
The fabric I received was not at all like the picture advertised. The fabric was very thin (like a chiffon) and most of them were very dark colours, very disappointed...

Canadian Order!
I’m in Canada and I hummed and hawed for months about placing an order. I wasn’t able to find what I wanted at home, so I did it. Extremely fast shipping, got here 2 days before the national postal strike!!! Just Awesome. The Liberty fabric that I order was of course fabulous!

Alice Caroline! what did I do before I stumbled upon you some four years ago whilst browsing the internet for patchwork quilts! I have bought and completed four of the quilt kits, and cannot recommend them enough. I have purchased numerous bags of tana lawn for string quilts and made two quilts . I have purchased fabric for other projects from the other side of the world (Australia), and every time the product is beautiful and the delivery fast. There is nothing not to love about Alice Caroline! Thank you team !

Long time since my last purchase ( pre-brexit for sure). Very nice fabrics and kit, liberty cannot fail. What is a pitty within EU/UK is customs actually… it will refrain me to do some purchases in the future 😖 but fabrics and service is superb. Thanks
