Poor customer service. Dress arrived damaged with a large black mark on it. I expected better in the first place, but to make matters worse, instructions on website say to get in touch before opening a return, so I sent pictures via email…3 working days later I have still not received a response. The dress was ordered for a specific event and I highly doubt a replacement will be sent in time. First and last time ordering from Aligne.

Reluctantly I had to return my order as it wasnt the dress for me, but it was high quality and beautiful. The customer service when the return took a little longer than usual , the team couldn't be more helpful and resolved straight away. Many thanks!
First time customer and I am very happy, I am a petite size 12, at 5' only I find it difficult to find well made clothes that fit my shape, but the dress I purchased fits me perfectly! Customer service has been lovely, quick and helpful, I'm definitely going to order again.
I placed my order on the Aug 3rd, and today is the 8th but my order hasn’t even been processed yet. I paid 14 euros for shipping with a 5-7 day delivery estimate, and I have to leave the country in 5 days. At this point, it doesn’t seem like I’ll receive my order in time.
If you are experiencing a backlog during sale periods, please inform customers upfront. Also, there is no phone number to contact customer service, which makes it even more frustrating. How am I supposed to receive my order or get help?

I've had a problem with a return taking longer than expected and as they could see the package is on it's way, they kindly processed the return.
The clothing is beautiful quality and easy to wear. I have a dress from a few seasons ago that I still wear often. Highly recommended!
I was impressed with the whole process, from ordering to the returns. I sadly had to return the item as it was too large and the material, though of good quality, not suitable to southern Italy. My greatest joy was that the process of returning the item was easy, easy, easy and I communicated with a real person rather than an AI, which was wonderful and refreshing. This is my first time ever submitting a review. I Was really excited to order from this company but turned out to be the worst experience,
don’t waste your money or time in this company!
They charge for shipping and returns both and they quote a return fee then tell you it’s an “approximate” amount.
Package arrived late and returned it immediately, even after a month I have yet to receive my refund. No phone number and takes several days to get any response, worst customer service ever.

Aligne has always had great customer service for both delivery and returns. More recently, I was surprised with a huge tariff bill on a delivery, and they made it right for me. I am a loyal customer!
Excellent customer service from Jodie and the team - super responsive and resolved my query with no hassle.
Order 3 different orders - received 2 of them easily and absolutely loved the product - good quality and beautiful. They have become staples in my closet.
Follow the measurement sizing guide well because I am usually between 2-4 US but I found that sizes 8 & 10 UK were the right fit for me with regards to measurements.
My third order was missdelivered twice! To no fault of ALIGNE, it was Fedex that messed up. But ALIGNE's customer service was extraordinary. Friendly and helped to resolve my issue by sending a replacement. They are responsive and so human (in a world where human interaction feels so reduced).
Will keep an eye out for the next piece to order from them
I have always had such a good experience with Aligne, amazing clothes and excellent customer service. Would recommend them as a brand to anyone.
