A Great shop for the traditional cycle shops
What a lovely Website, it felt like traditional bike shop with some very well known components manufactures at good prices, with excellent delivery and superb communication from Alison.
I bought handlebar tape, weldtite products and Quick release skewers, all delivered within a 3 working days despite there being a postal strike at the time of my order.
Why use Amazon when we have this website?
I will definitely use Alison's Biciclette again.

Efficient & Reasonable Bike Part Supplier
I saw their bottom bracket cup set was at a competitive price and the postage was reasonable with an option to upgrade to 1st class for a few pence extra. So I ordered it and it arrived very promptly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include the dimensions of the cups in the description of the item. It did say "standard" but, not being a very experienced bike mechanic, I wasn't sure this meant it would fit my bike, so was crossing my fingers until it arrived.

Speedy delivery
Delivered on time, genuine Shimano part that fitted perfectly onto my daughters bike to replace old gear shift. My daughter can now change gears by herself.

Good Product & Price
Good price and description for brake pads. Other sites were cheaper, but not clear if they were the right ones. Items arrived in a reasonable time and in suitable, but not excessive, packaging. (Jiffy bag)
Only slight negative was no feedback saying item was despatched, so I only knew where they were when they dropped through the letterbox.
Will use again.
