Still waiting for my jersey Possibly??? Scam company no communication since purchase
Just an update
My jersey is out of stock but I’m still waiting to be refunded !!!!

Order straightforward, delivery is terrible. Customer service answers every now and again. Order the Jersey on the 15th of August, not received yet and no updates, only that they couldn't communicate with DHL. This was a birthday present, i ordered 5 weeks in advance as they claim to deliver in 14 days, to be sure. The birthday is passed now and I've no update. Definitely my last order.

Initially the buying process seemed straightforward and the prices reasonable.

I received timely updates following the order and then confirmation of the Royal Mail Tracking within 3 days of the order claiming to be on a Tracked 48 service.

However, that's when things started to go wrong unfortunately.

4 days past with no delivery and no Royal Mail tracking update, with the update just remaining as "We are expecting your item".

Attempts to contact the seller were met with silence.

After 1 week, and growing suspicion and concern, I filed a Dispute with PayPal and received an instant full refund.

Not a good experience with this company - for those who have left positive reviews, I am glad that there experience has differed to my own.

Very good quality, good price but, takes a bit long time to arrive. - I guess they probably buy from china or the USA as prices their don’t have to be so expensive overall very good will be buying from them again- thank you!

Don’t pay any attention to their “Royal Mail 48 hour delivery” BS, I ordered my shirt nearly 10 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I could have walked to their premises and picked it up myself faster than this

It makes me wonder where these good reviews have come from because it's nothing like what I've experienced. Not only can you not order directly from them but they are supposed to send you an email of who to pay and they never do. I have tried to buy from these 3 times and it's always the same. I had to email them to get a response and they sent me to a different all jerseys website. This company cannot be trusted and teriible customer service. Avoid.

Fantastic company. Had a total of 6 shirts in 2 years from this company. Fantastic customer service and very accommodating.

Recently had to try another shirt website as this one wasn’t working for over a week. (Maybe something they can look into) but regretted it when receiving my product. Will never buy a shirt anywhere else.

Having had big problems with other companies selling retro football shirts, it was a pleasant surprise to get all three shirts I ordered in a reasonable time frame with no dramas!
Good prices in their sale, cheapest I'd found, and good quality on receipt.
Took 17 days to arrive from ordering. I do think a bit more transparency with delivery times would be beneficial. You get the Royal Mail tracking number promptly, but that is generated once postage is bought, not when the item is posted, so the tracking won't work for a while. I'm aware of how this works, but many customers won't.
My advice would be to pay via PayPal. Firstly, you get some peace of mind, refunds are easily managed by PayPal. But also, PayPal will send you shipping updates once the tracking is activated.
To sum up, expect at least a couple of weeks for delivery (the shirts are no doubt coming from the far east or somewhere similar). But worth the wait, especially for the retro shirts.

No email to say why refunded. Think it’s a scam. Messaged them on Facebook for them to block me

Really happy with the brazil and ac Milan jersey i bought. Ive ordered two size up. Will be ordering again

Ordered a NUFC 96 top for £ 30 in sale. Tracking number with Royal Mail provided within 48 hours, item arrived in about 10 days after that.

For the price extremely happy with the top, embroidery & logos great and fabric absolutely fine.

No negatives whatsoever.

Only made 1 purchase from this company ( so far ) but based on this first order would definitely order again.

Delivery could be a bit quicker but it so worth the weight when you get your chosen shirt for a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Ever since being a customer of All Jerseys I've not once had a problem with my order.

I went and bought the new Celtic home top, it was okay, the fake colours that got put in for a replacement was awful.
I know it’s not 100% official but least try and make it a bit better looking and not make it look actually 100% fake
