I contacted several companies about buying my Mom's 2009 Toyota Camry. Allcars had the best offer and Angel was awesome. I have never bought or sold a car in my life and Mom died in December. I am finding out what things she still had to teach me and this is one.

But Angel walked me through it all from start to finish. It took about a week to pick up the car, but I had already been paid and we have had a lot of rain. I told him thank you for his help after they picked up the car today and he thanked me as well.

I had a pretty complicated situation with a succession of deaths where nobody had fixed the registration and they told me they would handle it.

I would recommend using this company if you have a car you need to sell and don't want to use it for a trade in.

I have never sold a car in my life before and I was a bit skeptical at first because everything was pretty much remote process. The way Angel handled it was super easy to me. The docs were being sent and received via UPS overnight and the communication was also instant all the time. Not only All-Cars offered the highest price, I was very pleased with all the smoothe process. The only complaint was the back took some days processing the check which was of course not Allcars fault.

This company deserves no stars. This is a complete joke of a company. Excuse after excuse to delay in providing a response and yet a full week has passed and nothing. I wouldn't trust these guys if you are considering in selling your car.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Not even sure how this is a legit company. Customer service reps didnt know who their main inspection company was, inspectors canceled my appointment day of at the end of the given time frame only after I messaged them, not a single person contacted me to reschedule. The Allcars.com and True360 team had zero idea of how I could get ahold of the inspecton company and at one point hung up on me. Finally rescheduled for the following week, wasted my day waiting with zero phone calls and no one showed up. AllCars.com never responded to my voicemails or emails or followed up in any way. Absolutely awful, not sure how any real person has had a positive experience working with this "company."
