I placed my first order with All Colour and the envelopes were dispatched promptly, one of my colours wasn’t in stock so I received an email from Alice who provided a number of alternative options and these were swiftly posted out to me the very next day. The customer service provided by both Alice and Hazel from their team was excellent and they are both a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in placing more orders in future and would highly recommend to others. The C5 envelopes which have arrived are excellent quality and were packaged carefully before being posted.

The seller lists products for sale which are not in stock. I ordered on the 24th of May. My order missed the shipping deadline twice. I was told last week that I would be updated on Friday just gone whether or not the product would come back into stock for shipping today (Monday 12th). No one contacted me. I sent an email on Saturday asking for an update....I was told this morning that the product is again delayed. I was offered another size but obviously, I need the size bags I ordered and not another size for my business needs. Very poor customer service.

Lovely products, high quality and quick delivery.
The order didn't go through on first attempt. They emailed to say I had forgotten something. I replied saying I hadn't but the checkout failed. I didn't receive a reply from their team (hence the 4* and not 5* rating). I then re-ordered it another day and it worked.

Excellent service, and a great product

Good quality envelopes, easy peel and seal closure, good price and fast delivery - what’s not to like! I initially ordered a box of 250 red c6 envelopes and was so pleased with them, I ordered another 1750. I’ll definitely return in the future for more.

Have been using All Colour Envelopes for years and they have never let me down. Huge range at competitive prices with efficient delivery. Our business couldn't survive without them.
