Do not order. Delivery time was over a month and so didn't arrive in time for Disney holiday.
Fit wasn’t great. Have emailed and messaged company and have received nothing. I think I have just wasted my money as it doesn’t appear they will speak with customers in any way

Tin pot company. No response to emails. No item delivered. Not even a confirmation the item was dispatched. I've gone to PayPal to get my money back. How businesses like this are allowed to exist when customer satisfaction is so low blows my mind. Avoid at all costs.

Incredibly slow delivery. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my order. I’m not sure what takes so long to send one tshirt? I’ve been waiting for so long that I thought it’s coming from abroad. Apparently it’s been dispatched but 4 days after “dispatch” and Royal Mail still haven’t got the item. It was for a birthday present, birthday has come and gone, I had to buy a replacement gift as this didn’t arrive on time. I can’t say I’d buy from here again, absolutely terrible

No response to emails, complaints or contact sent via the online form. One of the items received was stained and due to how long it took to receive the items, I'm running out of time to have this be resolved. In the process of contacting citizens advice as I have no idea what else to do.

Sent multiple emails which were never replied to.
Products arrived after 9 weeks - 5 weeks longer than promised and after the holiday I had ordered for.
Were such cheap quality that I sent back.
Seller didn’t acknowledge return.
Thankfully got money back from the bank.
Do not order from her.

Very disappointed! Ordered 5 weeks ago and nothing, no explanation or even an acknowledgment of my order. What’s really disappointing is I’ve ordered multiple items from here and have had no issues over the years. Have emailed, used the live chat and nothing!

I placed an order with All Ears Boutique on 4th September with the stated turnaround time of 3-4 weeks. It has now been over six weeks, and I have yet to receive my order or any update on the delay. I spoke to her on the 4th September and she didn't advise on any delay. She has also since updated her website to reflect the Christmas t/shirts?

I reached out to her multiple times, including on Instagram, but I have not received any response. I’ve been patient and understanding about potential delays, but the lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing, especially as the business continues to promote new products and discounts while my order remains unfulfilled.

I had hoped to resolve this directly and amicably, but since the seller is not responding. I feel misled by the business, and I will be seeking a refund through my payment provider.

It's a shame because I have ordered from here before with no issues.

Edit; My bank has given me my money back and since I've received it, I got a despatch notice from her but Royal Mail hadn't received it until the following week. I've now received the t/shirts after 7.5 weeks!

The t/shirts are even more disappointing, the threading is coming away and the print is peeling off, as per the other reviews. As this business doesn't accept refunds, I contacted citizens advice and they advised to let her know I've cancelled the contract, and again, I got no response. I'm happy to return these t/shirts but again, I'm being ghosted.I don't know what's happened and it's so disappointing.

I really wish I’d checked the reviews before I ordered. Ordered in July, still not received jumper 🤣 I must be so naive wondering how people can literally steal money with obviously no intention of delivering. I’ve given up. I’m just glad I only ordered one item.

1 star is generous. Placed order 7 weeks ago, still not received. Emailed several times for updates with no response. Received Royal Mail tracking number similar to other posts but order still not received by Royal Mail for delivery. Have requested refund/order cancellation, yet to hear. Shame as have used previously and product/service never been an issue. Will never use again .

Second order placed on the 27th of August for Halloween season, not even dispatched a month later and no reply no messages. When I said I would report as fraud she promised it was going out straight away, that was last week. Looks like she printed the label from Royal Mail to get a tracking number but it was never sent. We are leaving tomorrow morning (Thursday) and absolutely no movement on the RM tracker.
Obvious from the other reviews that this store is completely unreliable and best avoided. I will probably be back from Disneyland by the time she actually posts the tops. Really disappointed as I loved the first order. Would not recommend anymore.
Oh, yes, completely ghosted me and has not replied to any other messages. Very unprofessional.

Following on, still no replies until order arrived today, the label with sizing has been removed from the tops but they are clearly not a medium size, I could use one of them as a duvet cover for my bed it’s that huge… my Halloween holiday has been and gone so I don’t even have any use for one of the tops.

Stay away from this seller, most unprofessional I have ever come across.

Awful. Please don’t order from this site. Order is now 8 weeks and not recieved. Email saying they had sent after I complained but Royal Mail haven’t recieved it. No communication. No response to messages I’ve sent on Instagram, through website and email. Absolutely shocking service.

Product arrived 6weeks later than promised. Totally useless now as holiday passed. I emailed in August to ask for my order to be cancelled as it would miss my holiday but it’s still been sent out in October! I sent them lots of emails asking about when it would be sent or even just to cancel and they never replied to one! It could be a great business but won’t be getting repeat custom with this level of service.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Terrible customer service, no response to emails. Order not arrived 2 months later. Chased constantly and to no avail. Thieves!

contact a number of times regarding my order no response i explained i was going away needed these items for then saying 4 week turn around it’s now been 9 weeks no items no reply and no refund avoid !!!!!!! items coming from china

Item took over six weeks to arrive.
It was faulty.
Seller ignored emails - both through website and direct.
Eventually reached through instagram and partial refund promised. It never arrived despite countless messages.
PayPal won’t do anything as it is after their 30 day appeal limit.
Now being ghosted by seller.

Do not buy off this company stay well away ! Ordered over 4 weeks ago and before placing the order I asked if I would receive order before 27th of September as I fly to America that morning .Ie as assured I would received this order before the 27th. Nothing has been received several emails no response . I messaged on instagram and the attitude and lack of customer service I received was shocking . The person that runs this company only cares about money . The order was only sent out on the 25th of September. Do not order from this company if you want to be robbed and left disappointed

8 weeks later and the order still has not arrived. Our trip to Disney has been and gone! No response to my email. Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting 3 months for my item. The seller claims to have posted it but when you click on the tracking it shows she hasn't handed the item over to royal mail. She ignores all messages and emails, but posts pictures of her holiday and wedding all funded by the money she is STEALING from other people!!! No wonder paypal is turned off on her website, easier to scam people when they can't claim their money back! Absolute FRAUD, no Disney Magic here.

I ordered in November last year for some Xmas presents as we were going to WDW this year. Order arrived a little late but was okay. One of the vinyls started peeling only after a few wears, this was only worn whilst we were on holiday and nothing before. Disappointed with this I made contact to get a replacement. They advised they would send out a replacement vinyl and I’m still waiting, complaint has been going in for 7 weeks and still not resolved. They promised this was sent and then advised they would resend on 1st class postage. Have to keep chasing as the company are ghosting my messages. AVOID
