The rudest reception staff I have ever experienced! At a private clinic the least you expect is a polite and friendly person behind the desk. I have delt with 3 reception/ admin staff and they are so incredibly rude it is unbelievable!
The doctor I see is kind and professional and very knowledgeable of my allergy but if my only experience was from the admin staff I wouldn't be paying to go here.

Excellent service , was fitted in on the same day of calling , should have booked earlier . Professor Fox is an excellent clinician , felt reassured and more confident in managing my child’s condition .

Came to the clinic with one idea but thanks to dr Adam Fox knowledge and experience I left the clinic with a conmpletely different plan than I had, which will benefit my daughter in the long run

Dr. Fox has a wealth of knowledge and we were able to discuss the treatment plan for my daughter. His approach is empathetic and I did not feel rushed to make decisions regarding my daughter’s future OIT.

We’ve had a generally positive experience with Allergy London, particularly with the doctors. Dr. Mass, in particular, was exceptionally helpful, informative, patient, and kind. The appointments were very thorough, and the testing process was efficient, which made the experience much easier.

Booking appointments is easy, and the process overall is smooth. I appreciated the efficiency in communication; emails and calls are typically responded to quickly, which is always reassuring.

However, sometimes the information I received from the admin/clinical team was given in bits and pieces, which left me feeling like I had to chase for a full answer. Also, some staff members can come across as somewhat indifferent or unhelpful at times.

Overall, Allergy London offers high-quality care, especially from their doctors. The appointments are thorough, the testing is efficient, and the doctors’ patience and kindness make a real difference.

Residing in Scotland, we received clear, comprehensive advice during our initial video consultation with Professor Fox regarding our son's recent reaction to peanuts. Allergy London was recommended to us by a London- based colleague. We have a clear plan to purse diagnosis and treatment through Allergy London.

My 4 year old son has recently completed his desensitisation treatment for his peanut allergy and is now at his maintenance dose.
The initial consultation with Prof Fox was very informative and didn’t feel rushed at all. He answered the thousands of questions we had and has no doubt answered them a thousand time before, but still gave us the time to go through our list.
We began the treatment with Dr Mass, who is caring and funny and made my son feel at ease every week, even to the point where he was excited to see Dr Mass. The treatment wasn’t plane sailing with a few mild reactions along the way, but the whole team were quick to respond to our emails and tweaked the treatment to extend certain doses so that his body could adjust.
Now we’ve completed the updosing and have hit the maintenance dose, we plan to return in a year for a progress review.

I would say that we were initially sceptical and concerned about the treatment, but having been given the time to discuss the plan before committing and the ongoing support throughout, I would recommend anyone with a child suffering from a food allergy to contact the team

We had a consultation with Prof Fox. My daughter suffers from nut allergy. Professor Fox carefully considered my daughter's history, explained potential treatment options very clearly and answered all our questions to help us understand our options. His caring for the patient seemed genuine and his advice backed up by a lot of clinical experience.

This is a follow trip to Dr.Fox - forever kind, compassionate and helpful. Our son 9 year old has been on desensitisation medication for birch pollen and grass pollen. It has been a huge success and it has greatly improved his quality of life

Prof Adam Fox was super. He quickly assessed my daughter and provided his view. The patch tests were done quickly. The staff are amazing working with children. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Highly valued advice and clear guidance. The appointment was easy to make and the admin team very proactive about keeping us up to date. The appointment itself was very efficient, and it was so thoughtful to have activities out for the kids. Can't fault the experience at all.
