I have been using the Allies of Skin 0.1% Retinal & Peptides Advanced Repair Night Cream for quite some time, and it has become one of my favourite skincare products.

This is not my first purchase — I keep coming back to it because I really like the formula and the results. With regular use, my skin looks smoother, more even and well cared for, and I can definitely see an improvement in its overall texture.

I also appreciate that, despite the high concentration of retinal, the product works very well for my skin when introduced gradually and used correctly. The texture is pleasant, it fits easily into my evening routine, and a small amount is enough.

Overall, I am very happy with this product and will continue repurchasing it. Definitely one of the best retinal products I have tried.

SPF 50 recall. Do Not trust this brand!
Allies of skin are recalling their Spf50 because of quality issues. I bought mine on their UK website. I have been chasing them for a refund but I have been informed that they are not prepared to do it. I had to do a lengthy registration on their recall link but no credit has been given at this time. Unbelievably bad customer service.

I have been a loyal Allies of Skin customer for over two years, using "The One" Sunscreen Gel consistently. The recent voluntary recall of this product was a huge shock, but the way the company has handled the aftermath is even more disappointing.

A quality failure of this scale should have been caught much earlier—especially given how much the brand emphasized its lengthy development process and strict standards.
To make matters worse:

- No refunds, only store vouchers: Instead of refunding affected customers, they offer store credit—forcing people whose trust they broke to spend more money with them.
- No accountability for past purchases: Compensation only applies to unused products currently in hand, ignoring loyal customers who have been using an ineffective product for years.
- Zero response from customer service: I submitted feedback regarding this policy, and my message was completely ignored.

Trusting a brand with sun protection is a big deal. Failing on product quality is bad enough, but ignoring loyal customers and refusing proper monetary refunds is completely unacceptable.

Products are amazing! Their formulations are innovative and power packed. However, I will stop supporting a company with a loyalty program that requires you to spend a minimum amount to use your points/vouchers. Spend $130 to use a $30 voucher? That’s less of a discount than their sale prices. What’s the point of loyalty and points when they essentially hold no additional value.

I am a repeat customer and have recommended products, especially the growth factor serum, to others. The price point is a bit high, but for the quality of the formulation it is worth it. I also love their rewards programs.

Easy and intuitive website. Phenomenal products - I've been using 4 of their serums for 2 months and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin. I will continue to use these products for the rest of my life! I've never noticed significant improvements with products before this line. I love this line, their offerings, and the ease of ordering with them.

When I first started debating whether or not to try out AoS, I'll admit I was super hesitant because of the price. I'm a skincare freak/aficionado, and I've tried tons of products from tons of brands. I've ended up paying so much for tons of products that would be ridiculous to use at the same time for my desired results. Who has time to put on 3+ serums on the face with moisturizer to make you look like you've gone overkill?

Before I make purchases, I study the ingredients list like a legal contract. I was really impressed with all the ingredients in products like the Copper Peptide, Vitamin C, and the Azelaic and Kojic acid serums (I use the 30% Vitamin C, and my face doesn't fall off). Finally, I caved in and purchased the Copper Peptide Serum first. After two nights, the dark acne spots peppering my forehead vanished, and the redness from my prescription retinoid calmed almost completely, making my skin look the best it has ever looked!

The 30% Vitamin C serum is amazing - I use it about two times a week. I'm very well acquainted with Vit C - if you're not, it's okay to start at 20% because the ingredients of both are very comparable and do almost the same things. However, I'd like to point out that you should pay attention to the bottle because your face has to be wet for the Vitamin C serums to work - it took me months to find that out, because I didn't read the bottle carefully. After learning how to use this serum, it's been nothing but lovely!

The Kojic and Azelaic acid serum is extremely effective. I'm bald, so I use this on both my scalp and face. I haven't had a whitehead or blackhead in about a month after using this for that long. It does get a little peppery depending on how you've cleansed, I noticed, but the feeling goes away in 2 minutes. Combined with the Copper Peptide serum, my complexion is perfect - even if I have a blemish, you wouldn't be able to see it easily.

The Beta Glucan serum is such a lowkey hero. When my skin decides to act up and burn up, I use this serum with the Copper Peptide Serum. The combination of these two serums is so pampering! The Beta Glucan serum has a texture that's similar to a light summer moisturizer. This works for me as a moisturizer in the summer, beneath sunscreen.

The Amino Acids and Peptides moisturizer is lush. The directions do say to use a hazelnut amount, but I've learned that you really don't need that much because of all of the moisturizing factors in it.

If you look at the ingredients of each product and see what each one does, you'll understand their price points a bit better. Something like the Multi-Peptide and GF serum has high-quality ingredients. You can try to find dupes for these, but it wouldn't work, and you'd end up spending the same amount of money for 5 serums (and look crazy), or you can invest in a couple of AoS serums that give excellent results.

Shipping and delivery take a while, so I make sure to order a week and a half before running out. That's really the one weakness I see. One can say the price point is a weakness, and I won't argue with you whatsoever. Pick the highest-leverage serum for yourself, and you'll be okay (and you'll definitely be curious about the others).

The product line is great. The website is easier to navigate. I guess my only concern is the cost and how much money I’m spending on my skin care. My skin is never looked better, but I could definitely say my wallets looking kind of slim. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive

10/10 would recommend Allies of Skin. These are the only products I use and they have completely changed the texture and appearance of my skin. I have very sensitive skin and now I never have any issues. Honestly, you don’t need any skincare from any other brand. They have everything you need. 🩷 Also, the Azelaic acid is by far the best skincare I’ve ever used in my life.

The products are pricey but extremely effective while not being harsh on the skin. I will repurchase and try new ones. Personally I'd rather splurge on one very good serum and then build a more affordable/budget routine with cleansers from The Ordinary, a Korean cream and SPF, drugstore body lotion, etc, as to me what matters most is a good serum.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year! I had an unfortunate mishap and my $270 bottle of peptides fell off my sink and shattered losing precious product. Allies replaced it at no charge!

Not only are the formulations incredible. You get real results with consistent use. To top it off, the customer service is absolutely amazing. 10/10!!

Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences with both the brand and their customer service, which is why I continue to purchase exclusively from the official website.

Every product Ive tried I love and Ive tried almost all of them! Very high quality, effective skincare. The formulations are next level. I will always repurchase their copper peptide serum.. my skin loves it! The face was is so nice and hydrating! You cant go wrong with any of their products. Fast shipping too!

l am absolutely delighted with this cosmetic! The products really do what they promise. My skin feels incredibly well-groomed, smooth and optimally supplied. You immediately notice that high-quality ingredients are used here. The textures are extremely pleasant and are absorbed quickly, without greasing. I have ordered quite a few times, they have a great loyalty program and have codes for orders of 2 or 3 or more products as a routine. For me the clear winners are the lipbalm, the eyecream and the tranexamic acid <3

Do not purchase from this site! I've been sucked into a subscription and cannot cancel it. The only way to log into my account is sending a code to my email, but then I don't receive the email. I even added their domain and multiple email address as "safe recipients" to make sure. There isn't a phone number to call, I've emailed them about not able to log in to my account and 3 days later, I still haven't received a message back. Customer service is atrocious.
