Time and patience with excellent suggestions and no pushy sales Thank you to Claire and Chris

Amazing all round from start to finish, nothing has been a problem. The build quality can’t be faulted compared to other developers. Purchased a property on the sawtry site (Aversely Grange) Liam in sales has been brilliant, Pat and bobby the site managers amazing, from seeing the property before completion and anything after has never been a problem. Customer service experience manager Lisa has also been fabulous picking up bits for us if we’ve found anything or had problems. Nothing has been too difficult to sort. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a properly with Alison Homes.

From the moment we first walked into the sales office for a chat, to now living our everyday lives in our beautiful new home, we have had such a fantastic experience with Allison Homes at The Oaks.

A huge thank you to Annabelle, who has been amazing throughout our whole journey. She has been so helpful, supportive and approachable from the very beginning, making the whole process feel that much easier and more enjoyable. She genuinely goes above and beyond, and our catch ups have been some of my favourite moments throughout our journey. She has this wonderful way of making you feel as though you’ve known her for years, and that personal touch has made the experience all the more special.

Since moving in, Liam and George, our site managers, have also been fantastic. They have both been so supportive, helpful and approachable, always happy to answer our questions, give us a call for a catch up, or stop for a chat and a laugh when passing by. They’re always so cheerful and welcoming, and we genuinely look forward to our little chats with them. Any issues we’ve raised have been proactively dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible, which has been so reassuring as we settle into our new home.

Buying our first home together is such a huge milestone, and we are incredibly grateful to Annabelle, Liam and George for all their kindness, help and support, both throughout the buying process and since moving in.

Thank you all for making our journey to our new home so special. We’re loving settling in and are so grateful to have such a wonderful team supporting us as we begin this new chapter of our lives! We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend Allison Homes to anyone looking for their new home!

An Outstanding Experience at Beaufort Gardens – Allison Homes

I cannot recommend Allison Homes at Beaufort Gardens highly enough. My experience has been exceptional from start to finish, and my expectations have been well and truly exceeded!

My first experience of Angie in the sales office was when my daughter and son-in-law purchased their home on the development, moving in December 2025. I was so impressed with the outstanding service Angie provided in every aspect of their move. Her knowledge, caring nature and positive, can-do attitude really stood out. She is such a lovely lady, and the experience they had, alongside the quality of the Allison Homes build, ultimately inspired me to purchase my own new home.

Angie certainly did not disappoint! My own house move proved challenging due to complications with the sale of my previous property, but Angie was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept in regular contact, went above and beyond to help me secure the home I wanted, and offered support far beyond what I could have expected. Her dedication, reassurance and willingness to help made such a difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful time. She is undoubtedly a huge asset to Allison Homes.

Grant, the Assistant Site Manager, has also been fantastic. He is always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble, and he greets you with a smile and a can-do attitude. It is reassuring to know there is someone on site who is so approachable and willing to help.

Chloe, who looks after customers during those first few weeks after moving in, has also been wonderful. I am not sure of her exact job title, but having someone so dedicated to making sure you settle into your new home is invaluable. She is friendly, approachable and always happy to help, with no hesitation in getting things sorted as quickly as possible. Chloe went above and beyond for me, and I am genuinely grateful for all her help and support.

A huge thank you to Angie, Grant and Chloe for making my experience so positive. Their professionalism, kindness and genuine willingness to help have made all the difference.

I am absolutely delighted with my lovely new home and would wholeheartedly recommend buying a home at Beaufort Gardens. The quality of the home and, above all, the outstanding people who have supported me throughout the journey have made this a wonderful experience.

So far so good everything is well organised and on point

This is a review about Teoni Ware and Chris Simpson from the customer experience team. They have both been so friendly and helpful and we cannot praise them enough. After moving into our new build there were a few snagging issues as expected and queries. Teoni is always fast and helpful with her response, in fact going above and beyondto help us find solutions. Chris was the man to come and put things right in the house and he was a pleasure to have in our home. Polite, friendly and tidy. Thank you so much to you both!

No hard sell from the staff and we were made to feel very welcome. All of our questions were answered, and they had a good knowledge of the site and surrounding area. Overall, a very positive experience.

The only negative point was that our preferred plot is the show home, which unfortunately is not available to purchase yet.

Liked the layout of the house and the information provided during my visit

Sangeea working at the show home for the Finney Meadows estate worked with us. The Showroom viewing was pleasant and very satisfactory. We were listened to and all our questions dealt with professionally. Me and my partner left with plenty to think about. The new build Allison homes appear, on first impressions, to be of a higher quality build compared to Bloor homes properties on Ingleberry Road.

I would like to thank Roxy the sales advisor at the Frampton Gate Development for her professional approach and knowledge of the development. Very kind and was able to answer all of my many questions.
Roxy is a credit to Allison Homes and receives five stars from myself.

Tanya & her team at Wootton Grange have been brilliant from the beginning of the process of buying our new property to after we moved in. We really appreciated all of the help & assistance received from this team & couldn't recommend them enough.

Heather is a super star, went through all the information in full detail and answered all our questions

Rob from Customer Care at Kings Meadow was brilliant and went above and beyond, looking into additional concerns raised that he was not assigned to address but helped update with the office. He was prompt, polite, professional, and respectful of my new home, cleaning as he went along. He arranged for an emergency plumber to come out and double check his quick fix with the kitchen sink. Really outstanding Customer Care!

Great customer service, support and experience.

Overall our experience with Allison Homes has been pretty smooth sailing, a few minor issues but they were addressed and rectified.
Angie, Grant and Chloe were all very supportive and helpful!
Chloe and Grant are quick and attentive to all and any concerns or questions and will both go above and beyond for you every step of the way!
Angie was always very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything.
Highly recommend Allison Homes and Beaufort Gardens.

Excellent customer service

Really friendly and knowledgeable team. We were able to see which homes might be most suitable to suit our requirements from the plans available.
We have looked at the fly through but it doesn't really cover plots 67 to 70 particularly well unfortunately.
