Jan13, 2024 purchased a online order. Today is the 30th and I still haven't received the order. Sent multiple emails, finally yesterday I got a call saying there was a "glitch with the online website" and said it would be delivered. It wasn't. But, it did arrive today. Delivery driver was wicked nice, the product, 5 stars.. Communication, not so much, thus the 4 stars.

I specifically requested to have the meat in 3lb bags. But I was given bags of about 7lbs.
Also, I requested ti have the liver cut into pieces, but I was told to "do it myself".

Top Notch Service and Quality
The people in this shop give amazing personal service. That's hard to find these days. The business offers quality products for reasonable prices. We have been dealing with them for years and have been passing on their name to everyone we know. Outstanding.

Poor communication and neglectful
I am certain my order would not have been fulfilled had I not constantly called their stores inquiring. It took over two weeks and 5 calls before someone attended to my order. Very concerning business model for online orders.
