Great quality ..definitely recommend
I used All Occasions for the first time last week to deliver flowers up to Edinburgh for my son’s wedding as we live down south and I didn’t have access to local companies. Although I was apprehensive about whether they would cope with the long distance, they arrived in excellent condition, on time and well looked after. We were delighted with the quality and I would definitely recommend them and use them again,

Website easy to use prices good
Website easy to use prices good. But quality of flowers ( not all) were not great. Flowers were poorly packed totally lost 1 bunch and unable to use the Peonies these flowers were ordered for my daughters wedding to which I now have 1 day to source more flowers. Delivery was on date I would not recommend this company and will not be using again. And this is the right company as I have save the emails of order confirmation

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience with the quality and packaging of the flowers for your daughter's wedding. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we understand the inconvenience this has caused you, especially given the importance of the occasion.
We appreciate your positive comments regarding our website and pricing. However, it’s clear that we fell short in ensuring the flowers arrived in perfect condition. We take this feedback seriously and will review our packing and quality control processes to prevent such issues in the future.
We would like to make this right for you. Please contact our customer service team at danny@alloccasionswholesale.co.uk so we can discuss a resolution, whether it’s a full refund or another form of compensation.
Once again, we apologise for the disappointment and frustration this has caused. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to provide the high-quality service and products we are known for.

St first was not impressed but it got rectified.
If I could I would give no stars. I ordered funeral tributes on 7th June to be delivered on 14/06/2024 they had arrived at the depot on the delivery day however not receiving till Monday, really disappointed is an understatement these times are stressful as it is without not receiving my order I called left messages email numerous times but no reply really bad customer service. Just so upset this has happened. And just incase you say there is confusion it was another company it was not I have emails to prove.
I was contacted and was told to check flowers and get back to them, when delivery arrived my lettering never came but I contacted them and these were delivered quickly.

We sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience you experienced with your order. We understand how critical timely delivery is, especially for such important occasions. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the delivery timeline is unfortunately out of our control. We strive to partner with reliable couriers, but delays can sometimes occur.
We are also sorry to hear about the lack of communication on our part. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will review our processes to ensure this does not happen in the future.
Please reach out to us directly with your order details so we can address this issue further and provide any support we can during this difficult time.

The flowers blossomed perfectly on the wedding day and the lasted weeks after as well. We were apprehensive because we saw some negative reviews but so glad we ignored - couldn’t recommend highly enough.

A mixed bag. Some of the flowers arrived in a poor condition. Some of this was due to less than careful handling by the courier but some of the flowers were past their best when sent
