I have had 8yrs experience with Portstephens Accommodation (Alloggio) managing my property and they continually strive to deliver excellent service.My responses to question by phone and email are prompt. Vanessa my property manager is extremely efficient ++, organised, and importantly is always pleasant and happy to assist. The homeowner app is Exceptional to use, and Payments from rentals into my account are prompt.

Matt, Jas & all the team are very professional & look after our requirements very well.
We have rented out our family holiday home on the west coast through the Great Ocean Road Real Estate office at Lorne for several years.
They are very committed & strive to obtain guests for our property. They are regularly in contact with us providing support.
The cleaners have been excellent too.

Love the friendly and professional service provided by the GORH team making the whole ARGO holiday experience one you want to come back again and again.

My property has been managed by Boutique Stays (Alloggio) for around 18 months now. The team has gone above and beyond to manage my property for the best outcome for both me and for the guests that stay. The team are local to the area, and are always super helpful and quick to jump in and resolve whatever random issue comes up. My property has been rented out for a high percentage of this time, and there have only been a couple of quiet months, which is great. I have already referred a couple of my friends to the team, to list their properties and I'm confident they will have a great experience too.

I've been a customer of Verve for many years and over this period they have professionally looked after three of my properties. They take pride in managing my properties as if they were their own. Fulfilling any of my requests has never been an issue, making life so easy. I take my hat off to Michelle and the team at Verve for the passion they show day in day out.

As an owner I am very happy with the present staff and management team. I purchased my property in 2006 and I was fortunate to meet and list my property with Bev Constable, the initiator of Boutique Stays. I was the 12 listing with Bev’s company. We had a very professional and friendly relationship and while I was disappointed to see Bev’s exit the hand over to A Perfect Stays was effortless on my part and everything flowed on as usual.

Our experience with APS over the past 5 years has been consistently positive, from the cleaning team to reservations and management staff.
We have had issues at times and the APS team solve these for us in a cost effect and logical way, which is great peace of mind. They treat the property as their own and its shows. The up keep and maintenance ensures that our holiday rental is always at its best. We know that the guests will enjoy their stay and want to return again to our beach pad year after year!
The consistent and professional manner that the whole APS team manage our property is truely appreciated.
