Alloway Timber & Builders Merchants Opiniones

Im very happy with the service
Fast and very correct

I needed one gutter bracket to replace one on my garage that had broken. Found Alloway Byfleet from the manufacturer's website and emailed them (on a Sunday). To my surprise I got a reply from Jack the same day to say they stocked that make, and another the next morning confirming they had what I wanted, and I picked it up that morning. I spent just over £3 there, but got five star service. Totally amazing these days. Thanks!

Brilliant customer service at the Putney branch.

Very grateful!

Extremely competitive prices and good customer service.

Very helpful customer service and stuff in the Kingston brach

Very helpful staff, once I got though to the right person, and replacement parts sorted immediately. Also a follow-up call from the bloke I spoke to first. What a great bunch of people working there, thanks all

Efficient and well priced
Always friendly and helpful. They always go that bit extra to make sure you get the right price

Ordered Stanley Tylon Tape 5m/16ft twin pack from Alloway Timber. What a great service not only a good product but super fast delivery. Have no problem ordering more products in the near future from these.

Jo is a great for sourcing non shelf products and getting the deal that is needed as is Charlotte in accounts, Darren and Tony in the yard also brilliant and Rob in the truck always a helpful friendly and courteous team at Alloway are always going out of their way to help out I have held an account for over 10yrs the only criticism would be get a Hiab for speedier deliveries.

Excellent service from Kingston branch, always very competitive on their quotes and very reliable service. Always professional and always quick deliveries, especially if needed last minute!

I bought a RoughNeck 5 piece multi bar set from the EBAY shop. The purchase was easy and the bar set arrived promptly when it said it Would. The bar set was good quality and perfect for the job I needed. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

no fuss, straight forward and very responsive. Sophie and the team were fantatsic.

This is the fourth order from Alloway Timber and I can't rave about them enough! Every time the service has been outstanding (from the contact person to the delivery driver) and the delivery quick (mostly next day).
This most recent order I dealt with Sophie, who went above to give advice on the best timber for my needs and then put my order through and arranged delivery in a very timely manner. My delivery is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and I can't wait to start working on the next garden project!
Thank you for all the help

Prompt courteous delivery service at a fair price. So nice to deal with an independent family business.

The guys really know there product. And great advice.the price and carry to car service also very good.timber quality is the best in the market

It was ok, not bad.

A very helpful team who go above and beyond to get materials supplied to site. Especially Darren who answers emails after working hours to get materials on the first lorry out the next morning.
They are also very competitively price. Will always recommend.

Easy order process for the sheet cutting service which I did by email. Dramatically reduced the amount of work I had to do and saved me carrying full size sheet timber. Will use again.
