My only criticism regards your shipping charge policies. If multiple copies of the same item are purchased, shipping should be charged on the total weight NOT the number of item purchased times the individual shipping charge. As happened to me.
Your customer service representative "Tony" came to my rescue after the second or so such occurance. I am deeply grateful to him and to his essential character. I can't praise him enough and I do hope he is well compensated for his honesty.

I telephoned this company for help with finding an alloy. Am at the mercy of being ripped off by the dealership. Not only did they beat the price for a genuine part but they also very kindly directed me to someone who refurbishes parts at a fraction of the cost.

Wheels no longer fit our Mini (F56) after a big brake upgrade despite assurances from BMW Bavaria. Started an order on Alloy Wheels Direct stating we needed wheels and tyre set to fit over big brake kit.
Tony emailed us the BMW spec sheets and confirmed which wheels would fit, having done research for us. A follow up call from him allowed us to discuss details and from that I went ahead with an order for 4 wheels, tyres, caps, and pressure sensors. Got a good price.
We had email updates on delivery and items promptly arrived a week later.
All four wheels and tyres were genuine items and were already balanced (using colour coded weights) with sensors pre fitted and all we had to do was fit them. The car recognized the new sensors no problem.

After a very frustrating experience with BMW, we had a great experience with the knowledgeable and efficient folks at Alloy Wheel Direct and cant see why you would want to buy from anyone else.

Allow Wheels shipped the wheels as stated.UPS international and UPS Domestic US operated like two disjointed companies. However, after many conversations I did get all the wheels over a 5 day period.
