Easy to order from website, delivery was very good, well packaged so didn't get damaged. Excellent quality. Pannels look grate now they have been installed. Definitely use again.

The finished result is excellent, tongue and groove fitting together well, the white ash effect subtle and smart. Why I have deducted 2 stars is the delivery and damage to boards. Had to refuse first... Ver más

If I hadn’t bothered to phone I would not have got my order, I was told it had got lost. Had to re order, when it did arrive Still part of the order missing. Basically shambles would not bother again.

A bit slapdash
The panels arrived on a big truck full of heavy materials. There was no protective packaging except for some thin polythene. On opening up the panels were found to be damaged on the ends, the rear faces of the outermost panels, and a number of the tongues and grooves were damaged.

Service and delivery
On ordering my items, I received delivery either the next day or within 3 days. Extremely efficient service. Lovely delivery driver who was very polite. I will definitely be using this company again

Ceiling panels
Some of the panels were damaged but they replaced them immediately so you know you are dealing with a reputable company.The panels look good now they are fitted.I would recommend better packaging on the tongues and grooves possibly polystyrene strips.

4 metre boards ordered, and requested a delayed delivery. Local supplier said these boards at these lengths don't exist!
Delivered as requested and spot on service. However one of boards damaged via carrier, didn't matter as can use as a cut piece. Otherwise 5 stars.
Would use again.
