Hi Zoe - thank you for your review which we have to say does not reflect in any way what happened. We arranged an appointment to attend your property and our engineer arrived at the agreed time. However, despite ringing your intercom multiple times, phoning you and putting a message on your property maintenance system, we were unable to gain access. Furthermore, our engineer waited for 50 minutes before leaving, as you are aware having been sent the photograph of our engineer outside the property. In such circumstances we do charge a failed call out. Due to the way your managing agents process invoices we had to upload our invoice onto a separate works system and therefore your comments about a laborious payment process are unfounded on our part and is something you will need to take up with your managing agent. In terms of communication, once again your comments are unjustified as all of your messages were immediately answered by both text and the Fixflo system. Therefore we do not find your complaint to be reasonable or accurate and had you allowed access as agreed - or indeed for the following 50 mins - this situation would not have resulted
Hi Zoe - once again thank you for your continued comments. We have all of your messages together with our responses, and you are 100% correct when you mention that we did not wait for 30 minutes as we waited 50 minutes with no answer from you! Be that as it may, we are very pleased you have another contractor you like working with and wish them the best of luck working with you. Rather than deal with the facts as they are, you are creating a web of untruths. If you wish to deal with the facts as they are we will happily respond - but having to justify ourselves to someone who is not providing the truth deserves no more of our time
