Sheila was wonderful! Our flight landed on time but we couldn't deplane for almost an hour and she waited for us the whole time. She was patient and very courteous.

Many bags, efficient service
The driver quickly and efficiently filled the vehicle with our very many bags, boxes and luggage. He very helpfully removed the bags at the airport as well. Overall an excellent service!

Reliable Shuttle
Sheila, who coordinated our trip, and our driver were pleasant, responsive and accommodating. However, I had to make several corrections to get our reservation correct and our driver was late picking us up for our return to the airport.

Safe and prompt
We used the shuttle to go from Charleston to Savannah. Our driver, Michelle, was friendly and professional. She was on time and got us there safely and promptly. I would definitely recommend Reliable Shuttle in the future.

The owner is very nice and the prices are good but unfortunately the drivers they hire are not reliable.
