Poor service , grumpy reception
I went there twice for dental hygiene. The first time it was just about acceptable, but the second time the treatment was poor and for a15 minutes job they charged me £125 plus they obliged me to pay an advance of £25 for the next appointment in 6 months time. Also the receptionists are quite grumpy. I am not going back there.

Its not very professional
Its not very professional, as you have people walking in and out when you are in the chair, the people there are nice but it should be a bit more professional as its a dentist. Had my braces out and they left the glue and told me to go to a hygienist but surely they should be taking it off since put the braces in? But anyway would not recommend.

Very poor customer service
I don’t know how their dentists operate as I haven’t got that far. Four occasions I have submitted a request via email and online for an appointment . They haven’t had the courtesy to reply on each occasion so on this basis very very poor customer service.

Dental art
I just had a treatment with Dr. Fariba Jones. She restored my tooth and built it from nearly nothing. She has done absolutely fantastic and unbelievable job. She is a proper dental artist. I do not know anybody who could do this type of magic work and that is why I travelled for this treatment all the way from Scotland. I would strongly recommend her services to anybody; you would not be disappointed.

Very good service
Very good service, very good value for money and very friendly staff. 5 stars ✨ services and quality.
A bit of a struggle with parking, but I have always parked on Highbury road without any issues.
