Hopefully you get better service
I found your company on a goggle search.
Tried your web site to get some guidance. The BOT prompt showed 7 minute wait. No one picked up after 56 minutes. I tried adding some information but zero response.
Wrote an email that never received a response.
Called your company and wound up with 2 no pick ups on the menu. The 3rd call got a person who transferred me to a representative who was courteous and answered my questions quickly with a suggestion to buy a 380 UT or a 893 Max. Asked him if I could place an order immediately with him. He said no, and told me to use the web order system.
I placed an order on line.
Hopefully the product works.

Let's be real
Let's be real, one of the most important aspects of doing business - price. We were shopping around for an aftermarket part and Allsecurityequipment had what we were looking for and it cost us less than our main distributor! The reality is I don't want to give up price for service either. Well, Allsecurityequipment has shown me EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The communication is by far some of the best we have received. Now that they are on my radar...we will be buying from them again.

The just spoke with your returns…
I just spoke with your returns department. The gentleman was NOT helpful at all. The order I received was correct. When I went to install it for my customer I realized the old cable was damaged.
I asked your worker if I could purchase the cable separately and he was very demeaning and insulting by saying “is this a joke.”
I’ve ordered several item from you guys. He was extremely unprofessional and didn’t care about finding a solution to help the customer.
Update: To their credit I received a call today and they were very helpful to rectify the situation.

I do not know how that your shipping rates are outrageous. $67 on a $22 part. I had to cancel my order because I certainly didn't want to pay $91 for a $22 part.

Beware of the shipping rates
My cart showed for product LIF-G2777 price: $71.99, ASE Delivery: $1.95, shipping (to 75069) $279.00, taxes: $28.35. This was wrong on so many dimensions, I had to abandon and go elsewhere where I got the same product for $ 90 with free shipping.
Just an update, I did receive this product from another vendor who charged no shipping.
