I paid for 2nd day air.Yes I know 24-48 hour disclamer. I still have not recieved my product it has been 3 weeks. I have called and e-mail for 2.5 weeks to see where my product that has been paid for (fast to take the monies out) was. I had to say compisate me backand all they did was $10. YEP I lost a job because of time line. VERY BAD WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Paid for 2nd day air never got a email or call that it was not in stock.Will not recommend them to anyone due to the person I spoke with said he would let his supervisor know never heard anything back till today that my order is being sent not a good way to do business 🤬🤬

Tracking is Glitchy
Tracking system is not helpful. Tracking through the 'shop' app is a nightmare as it is glitchy and doesn't update. When checking out product, it advertises 'fast' shipping however it is not. Spoken with people and they have all been helpful, however the tracking system is faulty and needs to be improved.

I will never use this company again!
This whole order process has been a headache. I never received any tracking numbers for my shipment. I contacted support multiple times and was always told they would get back to me, but I finally got a message from them today that the shipment was in route. They provided a tracking number. I clicked on that tracking number and it says the shipment was canceled. I will never buy from this company again!
Thank you for responding to my review, but as of this morning, I have still not received my order or a tracking number. Customer Service has not responded when I let them know the tracking I received showed the shipment was cancelled. So while your commitment to improving customer service is great, when will I receive my order, or refund for my order?
I will not revise my rating on this review, until this is made right.

Very user UNfriendly
No eta on delivery when I was trying to decide if I needed 2day or ground shipping.
Your site kept freezing up on me.
An item was left off my order but instead of being able to edit the order and just add the missing item, I had to go back and redo and add the whole order again - which means I also had to go into the cart and individually delete the 4 items in the 1st order attempt.
You won't give me tracking info unless I download an app?! Seriously?!!!
I hope the delivery process is better than the order process.

Parts ordering was easy. Actually needed a different part and called and canceled and that went well. Also. Wasn't very happy not to get technical assistance. Apparently because I am a homeowner, not a technician.
