Unprofessional Behaviour
Booked a plumber to sort out a leak at our property. My partner was in when they attended. Spent, literally, 2 minutes looking at the issue (took 2 photos) and said there was nothing they could do and we should contact our insurance company. He then proceeded to 1. Demand payment there and then, 2. Would not leave until payment was made via bank transfer despite doing no work (£118), 3. Plonk himself on our sofa and started to play one of my guitars. The behaviour was extremely odd, intimidating and unprofessional. When I asked for a full refund I was initially brushed off with a 'Jog on' email. After pressing this I was subsequently refunded in full. As an aside, whenever you contact this company via telephone it seems like a loose confederation of commission based sales people (and not very good ones) who, no matter who you speak to, answer all calls with 'hello'. No names, company, department info, just hello. This whole setup comes across as a giant scam.

Removed old shower. Replaced it with a new one. Replaced tiles with an excellent finish.
The workmen completed the job no hassle. Great customer service. I am confident I will use this company again if I need too.

My brother locked himself out, A man came was only there for 20min, The lady on the phone gave app cost £80, They charge him £346.88, He had no energy to argue the cost of the bill, He just wanted to lie down, They overcharge him, He just came out of hospital from having open heart surgery, His age 72age, Shame on your company

Emergency lock repair
Was with me a little over an hour after my phone call. Completely dismantled back door lock, cleaned and oiled it. Plus a slight adjustment of the catch so door seals rested snuggly on frame without the lock engaged. Works like new

Philip has hands down been the best engineer we’ve ever been sent. He was extremely thorough with our boiler diagnostic and talked us through his works as he was doing them. I very rarely trust engineers but I felt so safe with him checking our boiler, particularly as I have a young child in the house and had felt so stressed and frustrated with the whole event.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST
SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND DAMAGE YOUR LOCKS!
This company was called to fix a seized lock in our building but they didn't fix the lock, instead the locksmith unscrewed the whole door handle off of a FIRE DOOR, preventing it from closing and then called it "fixed". When I tried to dispute the charge saying that my team fixed it themselves, they said they won't help without any photos and would not consider my claim at all.

Don't trust these people to change…
Don't trust these people to change locks as they overcharged massively and put cheap locks in . They are not regulated by the MLA so doubt their capabilities. Also very odd about payment as I didn't pay the company direct but into the locksmiths own company which was nothing to do with locks . I have reported this company to Trading Standards and various other trading authorities
