I’m very happy with good service I always receive from allsmilesdental.

I needed emergency dental treatment for tooth abscess and broken tooth, as the regular dentist had no appointment. When I phoned Dr ASH dental clinic and explained the condition, Dr Ash immediately talked to me, he arranged appointment in the same day even though he was fully booked, he and his team are very professional. Dr Ashe solved my problem.
He is my dentist now as I was searching for a dentist like him for long time, you will ask why? Reasons:
When I attended the clinic, I felt I am visiting my friends who they know me for long time, all staff welcome me, Dr Ash treat me as if I am one of his family, very caring, very gentle, did not feel the injection of the painkiller at all, he uses very good one that will not affect the breathing, will wear off very quickly, did not feel any pain.
Dr Ash and his team gave very clear advice, when treatment finish, he explained all the treatment in a friendly way, you will feel as if you are visiting very special friend.
From the minute you enter his dental practice, he treats you as very special gust of extremely high standard. I registered with Dr Ash clinic even though I live in another area because at last I found the special dentist I was looking for.
I’ve been to many private clinics in Harley Street, but never seen a dentist like Dr Ash.
The other reason why Dr ash is special and I don’t think I will find Dentist like him, is that he is also a medical doctor which gave me high trust in him.
I think if you looking for a rare extremely good dentist, then Dr Ash is the one.

I can’t recommend Dr Ash enough. From a professional point of view, he is extremely knowledgeable, highly qualified, and clearly very experienced. He is not only a great dentist but also a doctor, and you can really feel that level of expertise—you feel safe and in excellent hands from the start.

What really stands out to me, though, is something you can’t learn from books. On a human level, he is genuinely kind, honest, and attentive. He really listens to me and takes my situation seriously, and I can see the same care in the way he interacts with other patients too. You can tell he has a real passion for helping people, and that makes a big difference.

In my own profession, I work with people who often have a strong fear of dentists and medical environments, and I feel confident recommending Dr Ash to them because of the way he combines skill with empathy. He has an incredibly light touch—so delicate that you don’t feel a thing while he’s working, which is quite amazing. There’s no sense of rush or pressure; you feel like he is fully focused on you as a patient.

He also clearly values his team. I noticed he speaks very highly of his staff, which I found really beautiful. The whole team is professional, skilled, and very welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and there’s a real sense of care and respect throughout the clinic.

I’ve been going there for over a year now, and after years of avoiding the dentist due to past experiences, I can honestly say I’ve finally found my dentist. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you, Ash, and thank you to the whole team.

I first attended a consultation in August 2024 for a dental implant, and from the very beginning Dr Ashish took great care in assessing my situation and advising me on the best treatment plan.

Although the process took some time, the team made sure that both my tooth and the bone had fully healed before moving on to each next stage, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment. There were several appointments and follow-up checks, all of which were included in the price, which I really appreciated.

Throughout every stage of the treatment, Dr Ashish was extremely caring and always made sure I felt comfortable. It was also very convenient that all scans and images, including the 3D scan, could be done at the same clinic, so there was no need to go elsewhere.

Overall, the treatment was successful, and I am very happy with how smooth and well-managed the entire process was. I would definitely return to All Smiles if I needed similar treatment in the future.
