Never use this company did a resin driveway all came loose would not replace had another company come around to patch up the holes and they confirmed they had not even used the correct stones absolute shambles

I employed Allstone to tarmac a driveway. Patrick came around and said that all the work is guaranteed and you don't pay anything until you are completely satisfied. He and his team arrived on a Saturday morning to lay brick edging and he demanded £3000 for the tarmac he needed to order. Foolishly, I transferred the money to his personal account. What a mess. The bricks were laid all skew and a few days after they were laid, one could lift them off by hand. I called Patrick. He came around and said that " it looks fine to me" and he wouldn't correct it. I didn't go ahead with the rest of the tarmac as I knew they wouldn't do a good job based on what I had seen. They were only going to lay one layer of tarmac. Check with any good contractor and they'll tell you that there should be a base layer first. I have asked for a partial refund and all I got was that the money I paid was for work done. I am sure that he will reply to this review with a statement saying that it is all incorrect. Check out my video on YouTube on Allstone drives and Patios. A large part of patio was replaced with new paving stones which wasnt what was requested. Always lots of excuses, price went up. Stable brush was taken and was told this would be replaced but was not. Classic Irish blarney but sadly not to be trusted. Would not use again.

Had a small patio area built by this company 4 years ago, had to call them in as bricks are sinking and levels are up and down….
Explained that the garden flooded in the winter but not in the area where the small patio is and the area it did flood wasn’t affected at all..
Was told by Patrick (manager) that the area was indeed sinking and was happy to relay at a cost…!
I pointed out the work was still under guarantee but was told the flooding had affected the sub base and therefore not covered…am seeking legal advice
So if your driveway gets wet….
