My product came very quickly and was well packed. Quality was great and looked exactly like the pictures on their website.

Overall my experience was good. I had ordered a certain quantity of the market baskets because the website said that they had that many in stock but I received a call from customer service the next day saying that they did not have that many in stock and asked if I wanted a different pattern. I told them that I would have liked some of their other patterns but the sizing wasn't right. The customer service representative told me that all of their large market trays were the same size; however, on their website there are two sizes listed - some with 4.5" height and others with 3.5" height. This was a little confusing as if I had known they were all 4.5" in height I would have ordered different patterns. The customer service rep said that she would talk to their IT department about updating the website but I still see the different measurements. That being said, I would order from them again as their customer service was good (after the fact) and items arrived promptly.

Michelle stepped in a few times to help with incoming customers and even participated in helping me out. Both of them are very very customer oriented and enjoy what they do, no question!

Items order were priced well, were packed well, and came on time. I even got a personal email with questions about shipping.

I ordered several different items and all arrived as described. The bamboo bowls were typical and I probably could have purchased them at the dollar store, but these were conveniently delivered to my home and saved me time. I measured the plastic bags according to their recommendations, and they were perfect for the bowls. The metallic curling ribbon was a perfect finish to the gift package I assembled.

I would definitely recommend Almac Imports to anyone. Customer service was amazing and my delivery came very fast.
