Happy with product, as expected

I'm a new customer, but I was very satisfied with my experience. The product arrived quickly and with no damage. In addition, the colour of the box I ordered was the same as I saw online. I've ordered from other companies in the past and have received products that looked very different from what was displayed online. I will definitely use Almac again!

I ordered baskets and bows for my business through an Amazon search.
It was so easy to order. I wanted a pkg of 50 bows and within an hour of ordering I was called by Almac advising they only had 25 so we adjusted the order and it came within a day. Fabulous service and prompt delivery. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. They can't even bother to get back to you when you have an issue with their product. They don't send you what you order and when you try to contact them they ignore you. We'll never order from them again nor will we give recommendation. Save your money, save your time.

Easy ordering and in a few days, my bags arrived.

Customer service on the phone was very helpful and it was very easy to finish up the order on-line. The items arrived within two days, very well packaged and exactly as described on the web site.

All in all, a pretty good experience...good selection of items, descriptions are accurate, easy to see what each item looks like from the images provided. And prices - the prices are very reasonable, better than most other online stores but the shipping costs are what would discourage me from purchasing again. When the shipping/handling costs are calculated as part of each item's net price any competitive advantage on price is lost because other places may charge more for the baskets but offer free shipping or at least less expensive shipping

I ordered 4 baskets and they are very nice. Not sure what they are made of but they are nicer than I had expected.

My company has ordered from Almac for the second time now. I received the larger shipment within 3 days and was notified of so. The customer service representative followed up with me within minutes after asking a question. We will continue to work with them in the future.
