Thanks for getting in touch. After checking your order, I can see that UPS attempted to deliver your parcel on three separate occasions.
Did you reach out to our customer service team regarding this? Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday period, we’re unable to monitor individual delivery statuses once parcels have left our offices, as orders move through our delivery partners’ network.
We’re sorry to hear this has been a frustrating experience and it’s disappointing when issues arise with third-party couriers. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Best quality, most personable service
Received my order within days of ordering despite the Black Friday madness. Quality of the items ordered are next level & there was even a handwritten note inside the box thanking us for the order. From packaging to the product everything is perfection! Attention to detail is second to none!

We’ve checked your order, and it was placed on November 12th and dispatched the next day, November 13th. The shipping method selected at checkout was Tracked National Post. As clearly stated on our website and at checkout, this service typically takes 7–10 business days.
At this stage it has been 6 business days, so your parcel is still well within the expected time window.
We do offer a separate Express option at a higher cost for customers who need faster delivery.
