Almost home is a brand I got back to time and time again. The quality of the clothes is to such a high standard, pieces are so timeless and the packaging is so bespoke! Delivery is so quick.

I purchased a cap from Almost Home…
I purchased a cap from Almost Home around 7 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates since. When I reached out via email, I only received an automated response saying they’re busy. It would be helpful if they could follow up with the distributor to explain the delay, the service to check isn’t the best.
While the product might be good, I wouldn’t know yet since it hasn’t arrived there’s definitely room for improvement in customer support. They might also want to consider switching to a more reliable parcel distributor.
