Great product delivery was quick and accurate, thanks!!

I was sent an incorrect shirt. I ordered a cotton button up collar shirt and I received a cheap polyester Cuban collar style shirt that I could have bought online for ten dollars! The company replied that I received what I ordered when I wrote them to complain. Beware of this company and make sure you take screenshots of every order page showing exactly what you order. The shirts they send out are cheap material and nowhere the quality one would expect for the price. Their customer service is horrible.
Update: the reply posted by Alohawai is typical for the response from them. I sent screenshots of my order with the item circled to prove that I did not receive what I ordered. As I said previously, their customer service is terrible. Do not expect them to admit to sending inferior quality merchandise. Their shirts can be purchased online for much cheaper for the same cheap quality. And NOTE: they try to make it seem like they are a US or UK based company. My item arrived in a torn package from China.

The shirts are great. Service and delivery met expectations. I have ordered more products.

The Kansas City shirt looks just as good in person as it does online. I’m glad they explained the shipping time frame. It takes a little time to get the shirt, but be patient. It’s worth the wait.

The Bengals shirt looks incredible! I should have ordered a smaller size. I knew it was going to be big on me. I’m going to have a heart transplant soon and I need shirt that aren’t too tight. I will be ordering another shirt soon. I get lots of compliments on it.

The shirt was gift to son for 35th birthday.

Purchased three shirts two of which had ballpark photos incorporated. One for my Cubs fan wife and one for me as a White Sox fan. The third was for my Sox fan son. All are good quality and have gotten good reviews when worn. The price also excellent. The order came quickly and was correct.

I ordered the Dolphins Hawaii shirt and shorts. They are great quality and my husband loves them. I would definitely order from them again.

The shirt is soft and beautiful, fits well, is well made. Very satisfied and arrived sooner than expected. The tracking updates were very helpful. The only thing missing was a washing and care label. Would recommend to others.

The clothing is very comfortable. The look was quite sharp, I think they are fair with customer service replying to orders in which I made the mistake of ordering two shirts instead of one I wanted to exchange it for a different sports team and send back the extra shirt I have. They normally don’t read that but in this case they did and I am very grateful for it as it is part of my husband‘s birthday gift.

I love my shirt. I have now ordered three custom Devils shirts from you. And more may be in my future. I wear these to work. to sport my team pride. I love that know one else has one similar. Atleast not in my immediate area...

I had a sizing problem. My wife purchased my shirt as a gift without me knowing. Because I lost some weight she thought I was a size medium. Medium was a little too snug. The rep understood this and accommodated me with hesitation. I would order again from them.

I had a great experience with the Alohawai Store. Despite some confusion with my orders their staff was very understanding and made everything right for me. As a result I received exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend the Alohawai Store and their great shirts and products!

Throughout the whole process since my original purchase date, they have been in constant contact with me, answering any questions I had. Excellent customer service. Of course, the items I recieved are of the best quality. I am very pleased with my purchase and my purchase experience. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family!
