Had great experience ordering some dampers and duct fittings. Good and easy access on the website and prices look pretty competitive. This was my first time ordering online for work goods. Not bad.

Hi John, thanks for leaving us a review and the valuable feedback! We don't ship invoices with the order at the moment, as many of our customers use us to ship direct to their clients, but we will look to make it easier to access your invoices going forward.
Great Customer Care
We gave our first order to Alpha Air unfortunately the air valve sent was not fire rated. Phoned them very apologetic and sent a replacement out on a before 10.00 carrier the next day. I think sometimes mistakes happen but its how you put them right and must say was very impressed with the attitude and willingness to help no matter the cost. Well Done

Perfect
Absolutely brilliant. Delivered in less than 24hrs, good price. No bs, the fittings were in a sack and the spiral just loose - which is all you need. No wasted packaging, just a great all round service. Other businesses could learn from this. Oh yeah and they answered my email query at 6:30pm.
