Prepaid for daily swaps first thing in AM (two 30cy cans side by side), for three days in a row. On third day, no swaps. Called office, no progress, no update. Office can't communicate with drivers. I had 8 men standing around for five hours waiting for these dumpsters, and NO UPDATE. Burning money and opportunity cost with no assurance that cans would be delivered at all. Alpha doesn't seem capable of contacting their own drivers, and this locational office has incompetent personnel. Given so many hours and still no resolve, I called the office to cancel, for non-performance. They ignored me and delivered the cans anyway. I did not use the dumpsters, and continued calling for immediate pickup for cans that had been canceled well before delivery.

No official cancel, no refund at all.

After this, they continue to pretend like nothing happened, ignoring my prompt for refund. Three weeks later, they continue to ignore my inquiries.

I'm about to get legal about it just to make a point. There are some horrible dumpster services out there, and this is one of them, in my experience.

DO NOT USE!! When all was done, I was lied to and billed almost 30 days later and extra $832.11. I’m a contractor and need to keep on schedule, my costs and time are crucial, I depend on others to deliver what was promised as I do. I received the first 2 containers right onetime in the morning but, I had troubles getting a 3rd and 4th container that same day, I was told if the job took more containers I could add some and get same day delivery, Nope they got busy that day, had to wait a second day for 2 more containers, however they never did delivery the 4th container. They never did refund me for a 4th container they could not deliver on time.(they said I will have to wait 7-10 days for your money back… after several attempts to get my money back for weeks I was lied to repeatedly and then never refunded the $575 back l, they kept it and I was charged and extra 257.11. Ok, I dealt with that and got my customers job done and they where happy, however it took an extra day and I lost money due to thier slow billing and lies.
There are no hidden fees and as long as you abide by the agreement you will not get charged extra, MAYBE!?!? You just won’t know till a month later when you get money taken out of your account without notice!
As a positive, The driver was awesome, put the cans right where I needed them! As for the company as a whole… STAY AWAY!!
