Ordered just one boxer (which was already overpriced with shipping - around 18 Euros). After 4 weeks I didn’t receive anything. 4 weeks and some days I received an email that they would refund me my boxers but not my shipping. Love Guzman and his vision with his brand. Sadly, never ordering again from Germany unless they have another distribution in EU but not in the UK

Amazon quality leggings at best. Waste of money and will take MONTHS for a refund. Look elsewhere

From a loyal customer who has been buying from this store for a long time. You can understand my frustration when I wait 6 months for the amplify top to be back in stock and turn on an alarm to make sure I am the first person to receive it in the color I like just for them to tell me after I ordered it 3 weeks later that they gave all of those tops to the customers who bought the top after me. This really shows how disorganized the company is.. that they literally skip the people who bought the top within minutes. They offered me a refund and the customer experience was terrible, all they said was sorry and offered me 15% on my next purchase. I don’t want a sorry and a 15% on my next purchase I want the top I waited 6 months for as a loyal customer. I advice you not to shop here. As a shopaholic I have never experienced this situation in my life. Such a disorganized and unhelpful company. Extremely disappointed.

bought a pair in April ripped by July what a waste of money

It has been over 14 business days and no response from company about why my product has not shipped. Really terrible experience, would not purchase from ever again.

Butt scrunch broke the first time wearing them. Attempted to contact their customer service multiple times with 0 response. Extremely disappointed. Absolutely would not recommend purchasing from Alphalete..

Insane price for horrible quality (especially if you’re outside US).

Paid like 130$ for these for the scrunch to rip within a month. I was doing a home workout, (not even weights…) bent down to pick up something and the scrunch ripped.

I emailed customer service with pictures, receipts when I purchased and they told me to size up lmao. Im an xxs in everything I wear and ordered an xs. I didn’t need to size up, their quality just sucks. Did not get compensated at all. Do not buy!!!

Als je van België of Nederland bent, zou ik je NIET aanraden om hiervan te bestellen. Ik kocht ongeveer een maand geleden een gymshort van deze site. Ik wou dit altijd al kopen maar ze waren bijna altijd uitverkocht. Voor de short betaalde ik maar liefst 50 euro. Voor de shipping 10 euro waarvan er op stond dat er al 8 euro taxes inzaten. Nu krijg ik het bericht van bpost dat ik nog eens 30 euro douane kosten moet betalen of dat mijn pakket teruggestuurd wordt. Voor 1 short zit ik dus bijna aan 100 euro. Laatste keer dat ik dit doe, veel te overpriced

zeer slechte ervaring, FK duur, voor 100 euro 2 stuks, prijzen zonder btw nog en het ik heb op 3 juni besteld en nog steeds niks binnen gekregen. dus je moet prijs+btw+verzendingskosten gaan betalen. ik heb erg spijt van, ik ga dat nooit meer doen.

I ordered some leggings prior to reading so many negative reviews so was expecting the worst.
I’m based in the UK and received my order within 3 days and the fit was exactly what I’d expected after using their guide.
The leggings are a lovely fit and so soft and I’m so glad I’d ordered before seeing the reviews as I’d never have ordered them.

I ordered leggings and when they arrived the seams looked rough and the overlocking stitches were coming loose. Response i had cut the threads!!!
Any persons in the know of sewing would tell you not to cut those threads! Ridiculous!

Op een bestelling van €150, maar liefst €100 importkosten moeten betalen. Als je ze vraagt of het mogelijk is dit niet te betalen en of ze de bestelling kunnen terugnemen en uw geld teruggeven, wordt niet gereageerd.

Do NOT order from outside the UK. Alphalete will charge you taxes when ordering the products on their website. When importing the purchased products you have to pay taxes again. This is not supposed to happen, either Alphalete should not charge any taxes on their webstore or they should send the products as DTP (Duty Taxes Paid).
Wouldn't be surpised if this is considered tax fraud. Avoid ordering from this fraudulent company.

EDIT: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars. After contacting Linney group (Alphalete outsourced entire process to them) I received a refund of the tax charge I paid to Alphalete. Issue has been resolved for me and they notified me they'd investigate and prevent this issue from happening for future customers.

Placed an order on my birthday with my friend who had told me some good things about alphalete, so I was SO excited to treat myself for my birthday and get a pair of leggings. My friends items shipped a couple weeks after we ordered (quite delayed) and we were so confused as to why my item didn’t ship with hers. Approx 3 weeks after we placed the order, we got a refund, and an email saying there was an inventory mix up and my item actually wasn’t in stock. Can’t believe it took 3 weeks for them to realize the item I ordered wasn’t in stock. The only thing they offered for the inconvenience was free shipping (value of maybe $7) on our next order, even though most businesses offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount (which is NOT hard to do with alphalete’s prices). Needless to say, the experience was a letdown and there won’t be a next order.

You guys from UE keep an eye on VAT that you are double paying for the shipping company since we already pay it in advance but they don’t get responsibility when shipping to be billed. What a SCAM!

I’d like to preface this with I love the look of the amplify leggings and they function well in a gym environment. However, out of five pairs only two haven’t ripped and both of them are pilling. I’ve had all five for less than six months. I wish the quality matched the appearance but sadly it doesn’t. Other styles of leggings have held out and the amplify sports bra is great. Just make sure you test the leggings at home before you leave (squat check in good lighting) and definitely be careful pulling them on and adjusting them.

I have still not recived the items i ordered and paid for in november 2021, black friday sale. They are not responding to my emails, or fb/instagram messages. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered 5 tank tops Feb 2. Shipping stating 8-10 business days and still have yet to receive my package (it is now March 1). After emails back and forth with their customer service a new tracking number was issued now stating I will have to pay an additional $50+ for duties. I expressed my disappointment with the company and all the issues I have experienced and was told all I could do now is wait until package is delivered and to send back to sender. Only than once they receive the items back will I get a refund on my purchases which may take another 10 business days once they have these items. Because prices are American and I live in Canada these 5 tanks tops (that were all on sale) will be costing me over $200 with the exchange. I am an adamant gym goer and buy a lot of workout clothes. I like to try new companies for different styles and this was the First and LAST time ordering with this company. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. Never again!!

I gave my two stars based on the quality and style of the clothes. The reason I didn't give more is because of delivery times and customer service response time and overall helpfulness.
Alphalete definitely needs to work on their customer service.
If you are like me and are having issues,
Only email them once or they will just take longer to reply! Don't be surprised if they take a long time to reply as it will usually take over a week to get a response.
When they do respond they usually just explain that the order hasn't arrived because of something that is outside of their control.
On top of that now because of Brexit, now European customers will usually have to pay customs and tax on top of the usual delivery price. That means in order to have your order delivered you have to pay the courier tax and customs which makes ordering from alphalete way to expensive for a non UK European customer.
I have personally never had an issue with the quality of the clothes and I love how they look but delivery just takes way too long!
I would recommend spending less than €140
Since you probably wont have to pay customs and tax if you keep the value under that ammount.
I made an order of around €150 and has to refuse customs because it was over €50 which is completely unreasonable.
At the same time I had payed €15 for next day delivery and was waiting nearly 3 weeks untill I got contacted by the courier saying they could deliver my package that day but I had to pay the customs and tax to have it released to me, obviously I refused it and told them to return it! It seems extortionate.
I will say that I did received a full refund and that I think the customer service people do try but they really need more people working for their customer service to deal with the huge ammount of emails that they probably receive. Perhaps they should invest more in their customer service and a little less in constantly advertising new launches.
I am basing my review as a European customer outside of the UK.
I would imagine it would be fine if you are a US or UK customer but I dont know.
