I give this company 2 stars purely because i really like their products and they fit me well... if this was not the case it would definitely be a 1 star review. My order took 1 month to get to me, i got no shipping updates. I tried to reach out to customer service and never got any reply. Very annoying company on the customer service side of things...

Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren bei Alphalete und war eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden. Von der Bestellung bis zu Lieferung alles top.
Seit einigen Monaten hat Alphalete, was den Service und den Versand angeht, leider nachgelassen. Der Service braucht Ewigkeit, um zu antworten. Bis die Bestellung versandt wird, vergehen bis zu 14 Werktage und dazu kommt noch die blöde Steuer, Zoll dazu.

Hab es bisher mitgemacht, das war’s jetzt. Natürlich sehr schade, aber werde bei Alphalete nicht mehr bestellen!

It's like customer support doesn't even exist. Tried contacting them on various social platforms, their support emails, and nothing. I've ordered from them twice and both times I had issues.

If there was zero stars I would have given that. Words probably won’t be able to describe my encounter with this company. Horrible experience as I followed the descriptions before ordering and tried a number of pieces from different lines - three of the six I ordered where too big and when I received my response email I was scolded and made to feel I’d done something horrible and should have known better. They said because it was a sale I could not return any of it! I only wanted to exchange for smaller sizes or a different line which is what every other company I buy gym clothes from has always allowed me and everyone else to do until I find my size allowing me to buy more. It was first time ordering so I didn’t know how each line would fit - again I followed the size descriptions but some where too big because they where from different lines as the sizing runs different for most gym clothing brands perhaps because made by a different manufacturer for each line. It looks like the sale this company was having was just meant to get rid of old inventory perhaps things that where not selling especially colors? and they won’t let you return or exchange on a sale. So hence not giving us a good sale….just using us the get rid of the old and be a sucker. These clothes are very expensive and from what I’ve read by other reviews not long lasting quality- the seams come apart. I will not speak well if asked by my fellow gym friends or for anyone asking which company to buy from. When word continues to get around perhaps they may stop this terrible treatment of their customers or may end up losing business. The reason we try on clothes is so we can get a different size or style and I should have been able to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered several items which was over 100$, and none of my items fit. I’ve emailed their custom service several times and even reached out to their Instagram platform to find out how to make an exchange and have received no response. It’s insane to me that they are ok taking money from someone and have no return process/communication with their customers. Never buy from them again

(Sizing inconsistencies/Insulting email from customer service)

After spending 100s of dollars with this company, I’m not quite sure I want to order from them again. I recently tried to return a pair of leggings/crop top/sports bra.

Reasons for my return: leggings & sports bra were a size too big & the crop top had a snag in the fabric. I was thinking it wasn’t a big deal to return it (considering how much I loved their products and never had issues prior.

I planned to re-order/exchange the items… Instead it took almost an entire month to process the return on the crop top. As for the leggings/bra, my return couldn’t be processed due to “lingering odor” …I was surprised because I never actually wore these items.. I quickly tried them on & took them back off. I felt humiliated/embarrassed as if they were implying “I” had body odor. Which was ridiculous. I then waited 3 more weeks (because they sent them back to me) and I smelled them thinking maybe the package was damaged or came into contact with water from transit. But no damage and items smelled fine. Just smelled like fabric from a warehouse. I’ve also read 2 other comments before posting this where Customer had the exact same thing happen to them. Be careful if you decide to buy from this company.

Absolutely fuming, my 5th pair of amplify leggings ripped on the stitching. I'm a size 8 and wear a size small in the leggings. For the price they are sold for its a disgrace that the product is ripping. I only got these leggings two weeks after waiting 6 weeks for them to arrive via post. Never again will I buy from alphalete back to gymshark to the animal adapt bottoms. Way better stitching, far better quality and worth the money

De joggers zijn bijzonder goed. De t-shirts hebben rare mankementen. Kwaliteit van het stof is goed maar zo heb ik bij 2 t shirts dat de kraag los of te groot is.

Just awful. I ordered 4 items, none of them fit well so i returned everything. They rejected half my return because of "strong odor". Well I tried the shirts on once then packed them to ship back. Read the other reviews, this company is a total rip off and this is their way to steal your money. They also dont cover the cost to return items.

Sounds cliche, but I'd give this company zero stars if I could. I rarely ever write reviews, but after the horrible experience I had with Alphalete, I felt I had to. I sent back a pair of leggings for a refund and they denied my return request saying there was an "odor" on them. The leggings were sent to me with that odor! They were tried on for 1-2 minutes and taken off right after. They were not worn for an extended time, they were never washed, and the tags weren't removed. I find it quite insulting that they are essentially accusing me of causing that odor, when the odor has a chemical quality to it. At first glance their return policy seems generous, as they offer a 60-day window for returns. However, they will reject returns for ridiculous reasons, sometimes even MAKE UP reasons. I've seen other complaints online of them denying returns due to items having a "stain" on them, when there IS no stain. They will find any way to reject a return, as long as they don't have to give you your money back. If you're rejecting returns due to odor or stains, doesn't that mean you should have better quality inspection processes in place BEFORE you send the items out? With the prices you're charging, the quality inspection should be BETTER.

i ordered a sports bra from alphalete and paid for express shipping (1-2 days). After 2 weeks i did not get an email that my order shipped and i emailed them. They told me it was actually out of stock, even though i paid $80 for it so they refunded me. When I got my refund back it was $7 short from what I paid so I then lost $7 when I received nothing. They said it was because of conversion and gave me a 10% off coupon. Which now I find out doesn't actually work. I don't understand how a business can be that incompetent. If I never emailed them I don't think I would have ever got my money back.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. Mine shipped to me in 4 days. I would give 5 stars but the leggings fit me a bit weird.

I wore these all of 30 seconds and decided I did not like them. They made me pay for return shipping them rejected my return. They claim there is a stain in the crotch, there isn’t. For this price range this trash return policy is appalling. Will never order from this company again. They should be reported to the consumer protection agency’s and go out of business.

I ordered 3 items within the 15 minutes of their site launch on October 9th only to receive one item (the other 2 were missing). When I messaged them about my missing items, they say they got inventory issues so they refunded me. They are so unorganized. They understock their stuff and process orders. Really disappointed because they make you wait a lot and their items are always out of stock even when it shows it is not. Very poor experience

Over a month ago I ordered three pairs of leggings in the wrong size. I tried them on same day I received them, realized they were too big, and returned very next day. I received an email ONE MONTH LATER, telling me that one pair of leggings (the white one) smelled like sweat and that they wouldn't refund me. I feel BEYOND disrespected. I have been a long time customer, but they lost me for sure. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T GIVE A CRAP.

Customer service is AWFUL! My last two orders of amplify leggings ripped the first time I wore them. They never refunded me original shipping or return shipping for their faulty product $10.50 down the drain. I order 3 pieces from a new launch, they sent me the wrong order and then made me send them the old order back (mind you it takes a week for them to respond to one email, it’s like talking to a brick wall) so my items I ordered were all sold out by the time they responded to me (4 weeks later). It’s gonna be fun trying to get my refund back. I no longer trust this company, all they care about it money. If you look at the IG comments it’s flooded with upset customers. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!!!!

Never sent me my order or any email showing shipping details
When I emailed them 2 months later they said the courier must have lost the order even though I never got confirmation of shipping. Really bad service.

Two different pairs of shorts I got from them broke in the back when I barely even got to use them at all, really disappointed and the customer service support didn't care at all

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten my order. I haven’t had any response from customer service. The only reason I ordered from alphalete was because I’d seen lots of influencers hype it up but if I had realised what a scam it is I wouldn’t have bothered. 60€ down the toilet .

Edit: after a while I got a response and got a refund as the package was lost. So at least I got my money back, and they were helpful in the end but I won’t bother ordering again
