10 days, no "free test", consultation was not professional... they are not a good company at all. Excuses for 1/3 a month instead of clear responses. I would estimate that they honestly just pocket most of the 50 USD consultation fee and do nothing. When I pressed them after 11 days for tracking information and told them they were about to be charged back for the consultation, they told me they would not work with me and to expect a refund shortly... They suck.

So, they sent the box for the test, after their "bait and switch to a 209USD (120USD if you just do it yourself at LabCorp) lab, which they claim is a "discounted rate" (claiming the lab is normally 500USD+....

for a week they sent 2 TIMES A DAY via email "complete your lab and send it in" I email them back after a week, "So you guys will work with me then (when I gave them guff about them trying to bait and switch me they were told they needed to refund my consult (which they did.... and then told me they would never work with me.... they don't like combat veterans possibly?)) They continued to send the "send your test in" emails.... so I performed the test, poked my finger, bled like a hog in my bathroom, putting the blood on the card provided, making sure it is saturated to get to a certain line, letting it dry, and putting it in a special envelope. Getting it to the carrier....

2 weeks go by, not even a smoke signal. I email them: "Hey guys, any update? What is the ETA on the return of the lab results?" No response. 3 weeks go by... I called their number... no answer. I ran their OSINT and found out they are in what equates to a shopping mall in the NW Portland area (if memory serves me correctly). I sent a legal demand for the results of my test... then they want to argue with me via email for 2 days, they sent back my labs I PROVIDED TO THEM before the consult, telling me they met their statutory requirements for production of tests... I call them out on the fact that they are double-speaking (3 times deployed: 97B/E (counterintelligence/Interrogator), OIF/OEF 66MI/101st). They finally, when pinned with nowhere to go, told me, "We canceled that test on the 22nd of last month.... kick rocks..." in not-so-many words lol... so they solicited me to test, I tested, and then they had already canceled the test to begin with. Now I am receiving emails from Trustpilot claiming this is "defamation"... it's not defamatory... if it's true.
I have receipts (emails, video, call records, and the reports I filed with applicable governing bodies). So, in total, this is not someone who is just upset, flapping their gums. I was able to get my health in order by just talking to my PCP, and he is issuing my labs/TRT moving forward. I dealt with Hone before; they were professional. I dealt with PeterMD; they were professional... Alpha MD does not professionally deal with the public at all. They bait-and-switch labs, solicit tests to be fulfilled, and then cancel them, and the staff themselves can't handle some AAR after they mess up and have to have a coming-to-Jesus when they are brought to task for falsely advertising. I would avoid this company like the plague..... If they can't get a "free test" to you for a month and can't explain their process openly... how are they going to deliver the actual medicine? SMH, this is why I reported them to all applicable governing bodies for possible fraud, possible medical mishandling, and false engagement/inducement. Not a professional company... at all. The "free test" was NOT SHIPPED lol... I have the email where I make you admit it was 3rd party drop shipped, and you would provide tracking when you yourself had it... You can attempt to divert from the truth, but it will still find you. If you consider being served with legal preservation holds (spoiliation) to protect myself "threats"... guilty. Did I use strong language with your staff... after a month of being lied to, yea they got some WTF's.... who is defaming whom here? this isn't going to help your FTC, Nursing Board (WA/OK), and consumer reporting complaints. And then you attempt to report to trustpilot "illegal/defamation" so you can silence me... You want to silence combat vets when you drop the ball?

A "bait and switch" is a deceptive sales tactic where a company lures customers with a low-priced offer (the "bait"), only to claim the item is unavailable or inferior, and push a more expensive alternative (the "switch"). Merriam-Webster Legal Definition (which is what you did). If a combat veteran "threatened" your staff you have my details... where was the police report? I have the emails (only comms we used).

Top notch service, good value, excellent quality of products.

The providers really know what they are doing and respond to any questions I have very quickly. I have been with 2 other providers before and had terrible experiences. I have no plan to stop my trt with alphamd.

Alpha try customer service is an embarrassment. 3 months waiting for refund. Each time told it’s been processed. Each time lied to. Always a processing error. These people do an excellent job. Fast courteous and effective service. They respond within a day to all requests and send supplies quickly even to my remote address in a US territory. All for a fair price. Good job guys!
