Alpinebuses Opiniones

We used Alpinebuses for a recent return transfer between Geneva and Le Grand-Bornand.

The communication during the booking process was excellent. I had a lot of questions and all my emails were answered very quickly. I liked that we had the option to pay 50% deposit and the rest to the driver.

Our driver, Gints, was lovely. His communication with me via WhatsApp for both pickups was excellent. He was waiting at Geneva airport when we got through passport control and he arrived at our hotel a few minutes early for our return pickup. He was very friendly and we felt completely safe with him.

I did a lot of research for our airport transfer and my main reasons for picking Alpinebuses were the cost and the excellent communication during booking. I am very pleased with our choice and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

On time, fast, good car

Excellent service from Alpine Buses as usual. Our driver Artur was very polite and his communications were first class. Can certainly recommend the company and would not consider using any other transfer service. They are totally reliable.

Great trip, thanks Artur, very comfy and enjoyed the water and sweet treat bags!

Artur was an excellent driver. He provided an excellent service with complimentary water and snack.

The transfer was right on time both ways. Would give five stars if driver drove more smoothly :)

Genuinely made a trip of a lifetime even better.

Artur on our return trip to the airport was not only a lovely human being but a fantastic communicator before and during our trip. He was flexible on the pick up time, he held a great and informative conversation during our transfer, but also when he noticed we were all exhausted from a long weekend skiing, he let us nap for the remainder of the journey.

It's arguably one of the nicest experienced I've had in a taxi anywhere in the world - and would highly recommend anyone to use these guys when transferring.

Such an easy way to travel from the airport to our resort, such a smooth hassle free journey!
Our driver “Artur” was simply outstanding! Fantastic driver and very easy to talk to!
Cannot recommend this service anymore highly!
Will be using again next year!

We have used Alpine transfers for multiple journeys in the past - they are super helpful and reliable. This year they helped with a group of 72 people. They dealt with last minute changes with no issues and delivered a great service. Thank you

Great communication from company and the driver . Correct size vehicle . Smart and comfortable . Polite staff ( Alex and Nikita) were very professional and polite and on time ! Stress free ! Thank you

Our driver Ivars who picked us up at Munich airport this afternoon was excellent. He was punctual, very careful with our luggage and drove very safely. He also communicated really well in advance so was there to greet us at arrivals even though our flight had been delayed. We have been on many ski holiday transfers and this was our best experience.

Очень хороший сервис

It was pleasure to use Alpinebuses. Punctual, safety and friendly communication. Recommending to use their services.

Great service, will use again

Fantastic experience with Alpine Buses. Very professional company. Great communication throughout. Drivers were great, in particular Mikl. Reasonably priced - excellent value for money. Would have no hesitation recommending Alpine Buses and will definitely use them again.

Alpinebuses were amazing and I would definately use them again. They communicated proactively both before and during our arrival. We knew exactly where they would be and when which was really refreshing! The 2 drivers themselves were great, really friendly and helpful

We have been using Alpine Buses for several years for our ski trips, so called on them to help with transfers for 40+ guests that were joining us at our wedding in Montriond (Morzine). The transfers for all guests between Geneva and Montriond were faultless - all communication booking and prior to the transfers spot on and all drivers punctual with excellent communication on the day. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Easy to book and very convenient pick up at airport. Good driver and comfortable car.

Excellent service with great communication
