The entire process of purchasing our sauna - from viewing all available options, finding out about specifics, making the decision, ordering and then collection - all proceeded smoothly and easily.

We love the Copenhagen, as it is slightly taller than many alternatives on the market and we also love the feeling of spaciousness you get inside by having slightly more depth than many competitors offer.

It is very simple to operate, with the ergonomic seating a definite bonus. Being able to adjust the temperature of the IR panels in the seat back is also an excellent feature. Lighting options are nice and the sound quality of the speakers is good.

The assembly instructions were very easy to understand and follow. However, despite the two of us being strong and fit, we definitely required a third person to assist with panel lifts and holding panels in place for assembly. We question the claim that two people can assemble this sauna.

We found the price of the Alpine Saunas to be highly competitive, having seen a number of saunas on the market that were significantly pricier, offering far less and were not as beautifully made.

We are very happy with our decision to purchase the Copenhagen Sauna!

I had, through a friend, who recently purchased a Copenhagen model, seen the quality of the product, and we investigated options within the product range, settling on the smaller Oslo model as it suited our need.

We found that the sales and support interactions very helpful and impressive, personal and cognisant of our issues with the pick or delivery options as we are located some distance from the Sydney pick up location. Options were provided and on comparison the quoted delivery to the curb was reasonable, and we opted for that.

Dispatch contacted us in due course and we were impressed with the very personable interaction and support.

Delivery was on time and efficient, we had the Sauna un-boxed and assembled in good time, following the online assembly guide, and have been more than happy with unit, now three weeks into use.

Great communication and easy to deal with

I had been following Alpine Spas Australia for apprx 12 months as I was impressed with the website thorough information of the various models that would suit my needs. The only down side was no outlet in Adelaide and I sat back with the hope of one coming very soon, to which the the website advised that an outlet was soon coming to Adelaide. As I had done my homework prior, I visited the new showroom a couple of weeks before Grand Opening day , and spoke with Branch Manager Aron Giagu . He was very informative and answered all questions of the pro & cons I had prior, to a point that I ordered the sauna & paid a deposit. I was very impressed with the purchase from the outset, and have no hesitation in providing a reference.

Good communication

A great experience all round. From the first visit in store to look at Spa and Sauna to after sales service with follow up questions. Delivery experience was great with both the spa and sauna delivered on time and to the end location. We purchased a Helsinki Sauna and a Nevada spa, and I must say they are a bit addictive. Great products and couldn't be happier with them.

After doing lots of research and contacting several companies to discuss a potential purchase for a 1 to 2 person IR Sauna, Alpine Spas stood out as they took their time in answering my questions and seemed honest and very helpful in their replies. The product was by far the best value in comparison to others on the market and came with an excellent warranty package. It has already exceeded my expectations. Delivery fees half that of other companies. Turned up within days of ordering. Instructions for set up accurate and easy to follow although needs two reasonably agile people. The unit looks great and is as described. On my test run it reached its max 70degrees even though located in the coolest part of our garage (room temp ~18 degs at the time). Only downside is not having side or inward facing heaters near the lower legs. But considering its $1000+ lower price point compared to the next size up or competitors models this product is definitely worth consideration if you want a budget friendly, high end feel and safe and efficient IR heating.

Being our first Spa purchase we were concerned about the purchase. I must say Alpine Spas didn't disappoint, from the interaction with the sales staff to the professional delivery service all aspects met our expectations. Including a thorough explanation on maintenance.
Importantly the Alpine Nepal Spa chosen is fantastic and very easy to maintain. Well done Alpine Spa team!

on time delivery, great product qaulity, it was not too complicated to put the mini Vista barrel together, and thanks to Joe and Abby the ordering, response and dispatch was a smooth process

The sauna was very easy to put together and communication with Alpine was number one. The only problem was the freight it didn’t get delivered curbside. We had to transport it ourselves from Moruya which wasn’t expected. All up 9/10

The salesman was well informed about the product and polite (not pushy) I was kept informed on delivery time and the spa arrived on time and was set up by the delivery men and instructions on how to install the extras was clearly explained
