If I could have written a review without giving a star, I would but alas.

These are disgustingly cheap rubbish. They do not do what they claim. Cheap rubbish at best. They do not change focal. Flimsy rubbish plastic. Claims to come with a gift. They didn’t. They don’t even come in a box! Just a plastic bag. You can get better quality ones from local shops for far less money. You could actually get 27 pairs for the price of one of these rubbish things.

Total con and totally unacceptable.
Massive fraud. I’ve tried to contact them and nothing. Not holding my breath. I am trying to claim back via my bank.

I just got my “multi focal lens glasses “ or whatever they call it today ………
I was aspecting a boxed item ,they just put it in a plastic bag. Disappointed
in Uk in poundland store for two pounds you can find much more better quality and cheaper glasses. Don't waste your money on these things from this website

Utter rubbish! Waited 3 weeks for delivery. These glasses are cheap plastic both on the lense and frame. 99p toy from a Christmas cracker, not a £29 usable varifocal eyewear!
Returns or refunds not possible unless damaged, apparently distance selling rules don't apply to them. Buyer beware, should be shut down for fraud!

FAKE glasses, they did not work they are plastic lenses and useless. I wrote to support who told me to write to the store and after a week no one has replied. No refunds, no returns, DO NOT BUY from this company they are a total SCAM. They just take your money and deliver a $3 item. I lost $149 no wonder people don't trust online shopping.

Product not as promised. Cheap stuff. No one took care of my refund request despite several demands. I will have to write off the money.

Scam. The product described has nothing to do with reality. Should have checked . Too good to be true. Must be closed down.

Fake product. It is just a cheap reading glass that should not cost more than 5 USD. It is not bifocal as advertised.

Despite my many requests to change the item in my order, I was completely ignored. They football me from one to another for a week until the incorrect item had been dispatched. I am disappointed that my request was not processed correctly.

Absolutely a false advertisement and bogus items. Such nonsense. You are defrauding customers and are actually still advertising. SHANE ON YOU. Received a pair of plastic things wit +3 on the left lens. I ordered 3 pairs and I have paid R1500. Those gimmicks you can buy for R40 at any shop. Pathetiv Alpine Wear.

Very bad after sale service and fake advertising! I bought a pair of reading glasses that were also supposed to improve nearsightedness and become dark in the sun. It was basically only a pair of cheap reading glasses, uncomfortable (the branches were very hard behind the ears), none of the other features actually added to the glasses. I asked for a refund as the website guarantees, and I cannot get anyone to return my e-mail. Pure rip-off and totally dishonest company. Shame!

Ad sur Youtube. Le concept me parait suspect. 1er reflexe: aller sur trustpilot et effectivement : complètement bidon.
N est il pas possible à youtube de bloquer ce type de site? Dans ce cas c est malheureux mais il faut être de plus en plus méfiant et meme systématiquement rejeter toute publicité

Fraudulent company - wish I had read reviews- received reading glasses at +2.5 when I complained which took forever to get past their AI response system - would not give me a credit back without sending the glasses back from UK to America and they don’t cover the cost of returns. PayPal was useless so am now trying to get money back via bank account.

I orderd the glass hoping it will match the quality with its price. But the frame was very cheap and plasticky. they are totally fraud. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I bought the expensive AI powered adaptive glasses. They arrived on time but the product is not what was advertised. The product is a stripped down E13 model similar to those made by Shenzhen SENBONO Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
1. There is no camera.
2. Not photochromic. Does not darken in the sun.
3. No on glass display. No on screen translation.
4. No multifocal glass
5. No auto-focus. There is no sensor built in to do that.
6. No app and no qcode to enable any app on the play store.
7. Nothing in the supplied instruction booklet mentions any of the missing features. They simply do not exist.
All that you get is a bluetooth earpiece built into the left frame arm.

Their advertising is a complete lie.
My previous enquiry via their web site went unanswered.
I purchased through paypal and have raised a refund request through them.

Alpine Wear is not at all legit site as did not received their package after multiple follow-up with their support team do not at last neither received my money back nor a delivery hence, do not go for the glasses as i have been scammed kindly do not go to site and order the glasses.

Absolute rubbish! They are NOT adaptive in any way, shape or form! I purchased 3 pairs, they are just cheap hard plastic, 2 had a +1.00 sticker on the abysmal lens, something that is standard when purchasing cheap reading glasses from your local pharmacy, but these are way worse! I have raised a complaint with PayPal, as I spent over £60 for them! I am not happy one bit! False advertising and scamming people out of money for something that promises the purchaser better vision, giving them hope is just disgusting!

I saw an ad on YouTube for these glasses. I paid about $40us and what arrived was plastic pieces of garbage. Literally terrible. Dollar store glasses are a thousand percent better. I was extremely disappointed. There's a 14 day return from the day you receive them. I messaged them and it took almost 10 days to get back to me with a Gmail address that I still have not heard back from. They intentionally are not contacting within the 14 days of delivery.
This is a complete scam.

Do not shop at alpinewearshop.com! This website is part of a massive network of scam sites linked to 'Tongjian Technology' and the email 'servicesatbertlove.shop'. I found that this site is an identical clone of dozens of other 'shops' like brinklove.shop and corachic.com.

They use fake discounts and high-quality stolen images to trick you into placing an order. Once they have your money and credit card information, you will either receive a low-quality counterfeit item that looks nothing like the photo, or more likely, nothing at all. Their customer service is non-existent, and the 'laws of Hong Kong' legal text they use is a classic sign of these overseas fraud rings. If you have already purchased from them, contact your bank immediately to report a fraudulent transaction and cancel your card.

To break it down Barney style. Complete trash and whatever they say it does, it does not. Complete waist of money and time and yes it came from China and the delivery they say they do, they don’t.

Scam glasses is not bifocal then
you pay for delivery then thry send it via snail mail then here in SA you must pay import duty again...for horrible horrible glasess Scam do not buy!
you will do better at pharmacy better quality or for you paid in Euros you could have gone to optom.....
