Very good customer service with hight quality.they answer my questions any time when I asked them.but the only thing that make me very happy is the quality of hotel 5 stars that s why we are 7 friends we booked with travel al raheem

This company is a big scam/cheat/crooks !
There all reviews are fake , they don't allow you to comment on instagram and facebook ,
They promised us 5-star luxury umrah package but gave us 2-star instead gave us totally different things !
Umrah is a noble cause i still cant believe people can lie about this,
Please beware of these scammers ,
They gave us tourist visa instead of umrah visa although umrah visa is much cheaper they keep charging your cards until and unless you blocked or lock the cards!
Pls do your research
Don't book with these scammers !

Worst transport buses
No guide as promised
No imam as promised
Hotels worst (no booking on the spot)
Its a terrible terrible experience
Beware of guy Ikhlaq he is a trap!
They hired him to trap people to book once you paid them there company don't take any responsibility !

My experience with Al Raheem Travels was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying for a 5-star Umrah package, we received a 2-3 star service at best. They charged extra for everything and didn’t provide key services like a guide or Imam, which they promised. We were traveling from the USA, and another family member was traveling from Pakistan, yet our rooms were not arranged together in both Medina and Mecca, causing unnecessary stress.

While the bus services were somewhat on point, they take no responsibility for anything once you’ve paid them. Ikhlaq, their customer service rep, has a sweet mouth to reel you in, but after that, they ruin your entire spiritual journey. Don’t fall for their trap. Al Raheem Travels is a scam—avoid them at all costs!

It was great experience for my first time visit and Umrah. I thanked almighty first and then brother Ikhlaq to encourage me to keep the decision though it was very tight schedule and pretty quick confirmation after retrieving several times.
The bonus was to get the company with another sister from New Jersey. Medina and Makkah jiarot and the travels were safe and comfortable and convenient. Hotels were okay so far. Just to a reminder to making sure the halal food in plane and better options in the hotel if possible including breakfast.

Al Raheem travels promised me and my family 5 star hotels, and when we got there, it was 2 stars. He promised us clock tower hotel and a hotel in front of masjid al nabwi. BOTH were lies. As part of the package, we were promised breakfast. We did not get that either. We had to take out of our own pockets for food and it was very expensive. Throughout the whole trip, we were stressed and worried as they weren’t responding to our messages on time. My flight was booked 10 hours before the rest of my family and I am only 17 years old. I was so stressed and afraid alone. They are scammers who took 12k from my whole family and gave us the most basic recourses. Never will be booking with them. Please be aware and do your full research before booking with them. Most of these positive reviews don’t make sense and seems a scam by their own agency.

DO NOT FALL FOR FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS AS THAT IS WHAT I DID. I would have gave them lower than one star if possible. Al Raheem travels was nothing but a scam. There was a situation when our flight tickets cancelled and they demanded more money from me. At that moment I was skeptical and uneasy. I demanded a full refund and they quickly said “company” has paid for it. When we got there, we had to go around looking for our hotel for one hour in the heat. Our driver and us were left stranded trying to reach them. The package they gave us and what we got in reality was NOT the same. We were promised clock tower hotel and a hotel right in front of masjid nabwi. None of them was right. We were 10-15 minutes away in Mecca and it was very difficult to get to kaaba. They promised us breakfast in our package and that too was not included. When I messaged them about it they kept saying they are working on fixing it and talking to the hotel.NOTHING. We ended up paying the entire trip for food out of our own pocket which was very expensive. I went with 6 people in my family and one of my relatives flight was 12 hours before that. We didn’t realize until a few days our trip would end. When I messaged them about it they said just get to the airport together. My whole family stayed at jeddah for 10 hours and she was 18 year old never traveled on her own. She left before us. It was the worst experience in terms of agency. They don’t message on time when you need them and will give you false hopes. Just being honest and I have proof and screen shots if anyone wants to see. Please avoid them. There are many many better agencies out there. It’s not a group agency travel. When you get there you are on your own. The only thing connecting you with them is WhatsApp and they NEVER message on time.

I had a memorable umrah trip with my family. Whole family specially my mother is very satisfied as she is aged and this company had provided wheelchair and everything which she needed for her comfort.overall it was great experience. thanks to whole team,specially Mr,Rajab.

I tried to reach out to them but nobody is answering the phone. They promised me that I’ll be going to Hajj with my family and that they were waiting to hear from the Saudi Arabia Minstry in charge of Hajj. Now we’re less than a month away and they stopped answering and I don’t know if I’m getting any refund or not. Just frustrating

My experience with Al Raheem Travel Agency was nothing short of a nightmare. I was promised a seamless journey for Hajj, with the assurance that I wouldn't need to go through the Nusuk process and that they had an office in Saudi Arabia. Excited and trusting, I handed over $5400, only to be left high and dry.

Despite constant calls and inquiries, they kept stringing me along with false assurances, claiming they were working on it. However, as the deadline for Hajj registrations closed in, they finally admitted they couldn't fulfill their promises. Requests for a refund were met with silence, as they conveniently stopped answering our calls.

In summary, Al Raheem Travel Agency is nothing but a deceitful operation preying on the dreams and faith of others. Avoid them at all costs.

I am very satisfied and happy as i performed my umrah in very reasonable price and it was luxury trip overall in this price everything hotel, transport and meals, all were above My expectations.special thanks to mr ikhlaq.
