Allhamdulilah me and my family had an opportunity to plan a trip to Umrah last week with Al Shafie Travels we had a great experience with their entire package including hotels, transportation, tour guides ,thanks to brother Hammad who worked with us not only to plan this trip but also during the trip made sure everything was going according to our request, I highly recommend if you’re planning your next trip to umrah make it memorable with Al Shafie Travels.

A genuine thanks to Al Shafie travels. The experience was far beyond expectations. It was my first Umrah and naturally I was confused and nervous. Both the air and land packages of my family trip back and forth between Detroit and Istanbul-Makkah-Medinah was delivered as per the package agreement. This travel agency is dependable, prompt, and friendly. Specially, I like to single out the excellent service of my contact Br. Hammad.

MonshaAllahu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. There were a few minor hiccups, but nothing significant. The Ziyarah in Medinah is excellent; the tour guide was knowledgeable and experienced.

I traveled with a group of 16 people, including children, and our experience with Al Shafie Travel was excellent from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly, which is not easy to achieve with a group of this size.

The hotels were exactly as described, and the staff was consistently helpful and responsive at every step. They handled our travel from the U.S. to Jeddah seamlessly, along with transportation from Jeddah to Mecca. The arrangements for the ziyarat were also well organized and executed.

We did encounter one minor hiccup with transportation in Mecca when traveling to Medina, but Al Shafie Travel addressed it immediately. They ensured that, despite the size of our group and the amount of luggage, we were properly accommodated without further issues.

What really stood out was their support during unexpected disruptions. When our flights to Dubai were canceled due to the conflict in the region, they quickly stepped in to adjust our flights and hotel arrangements, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Overall, communication was easy and reliable throughout the entire trip, and they were very accommodating of our group’s needs. I’m happy to give them five stars and would highly recommend them, especially for large group travel.

From day one Al Shafie has been amazing from the start. Brother Hammad from day one guided me and helped make the most perfect Umrah. He answered my calls and messages on a daily basis. I was so nervous about the trip and he kept me calm and told every thing will fine. And he was absolutely right.
