Ticket #-648748 - Payment to renew tarkhat.com is already Done , but still website is not working as expected.

We had done payment to renew tarkhat.com on 17th December 2024 as attached in ticket , by website interface Portal -> Home-Client Area-My Invoices- Invoice #2826 -Pay Now payumoney , but our website is not renewed as it should be done promptly.

We had created ticket at alsodot.com and already done Whatsapp customer support at +91 89848 83777 .

Please reply as soon as possible .

I dont recommend anyone to use there…

I dont recommend anyone to use there service as if you're a person involved in regular dealing of domain, hosting this will be your biggest mistake i have faced a lot of issues here booking of domains and dns updation isnt done on time as its handled manually by a single person so please dont ruin your brands reputation by trusting this company as it does not even have a proper team

I recently Transfer a domain from Godaddy to AlsoDot, and I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. Not only were their domain prices incredibly cheap, but their customer support was so nice.

Whenever I had a question or something, the support team was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me out. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
